Beautiful lighting work on the graphics! I love the E secret area reveal, awesome mechanic! The controls are really tight and it feels great to play. I got stuck, particularly when needing a key for the door, R would not open it. But I look forward to completing it!
And if you haven't had a chance to check out my game Foxy Boom Boxy, I would appreciate any feedback, thanks!
aahhaahahhh the controls are really precise
The game has potential, i managed to understand the idea, but the lighting inserted in the game left it with performance problems on my machine.
This game is pretty difficult 😅
I really like the shine light to reveal secrets mechanic. The game is overall pretty fun but it needs some polish. Also I am not a huge fan of the music, sorry... but I will say this game looks better than what I have seen on average throughout this jam, but it could really benefit from a more interesting background
Hmm, there are some good ideas here. I'm not sure if the charge is balanced. It seems like more charge is used to defeat enemies than is regained from defeating them. The charge in general is lost quickly.
The music is nice. Unfortunately, an error occurred after I started, and two instances of the music played on-top of each other, making it sound uneasy.
I got stuck in the obelisk(?) room and I couldn't find my way out. Overall, it's pretty fun, if a little confusing.
All-in-all, good work!
I'm quite fond of your game, especially its unique style. However, I'd suggest exploring the option of changing the music to better suit the experience. Additionally, improving the gameplay's overall smoothness could go a long way in enhancing player engagement. It appears that the game's excitement dwindles after a while, but addressing this concern could truly elevate it into a remarkable game.
It's actually my first time making music and I didn't know what I was doing. And I can't understand what you mean with smoothness, but if have any recommendations plz leave them.
Thanks for your feedback
Pretty good. I like the lighting.
It's actually the built in light object in Gdevelop. But thanks for your feedback
nice concept
Nice game, but the power drains too fast.
I couldn't get past the first door. 'R' didn't seem to do anything? I tried every key on my keyboard and mouse and nothing seemed to work. What am I doing wrong...? :(
No there is a key hidden behind a secret wall, you can reveal it by pressing e
You will find it in the upper left by jumping on the platforms.
The draining feels too fast, moreover with how many uses of the light the player has, I think it can be removed, but overall you had a pretty decent idea
It was actually supposed to be faster but i changed it last minute 😅
Will definetly try to improve it. Thanks for the feedback
Very good idea, I like the detail of being able to reveal areas with light.
Thank you for your feedback
Good game! Just the movement of the character is quite quick and slippery. But the whole game itself is good.
Yeah i struggled to with that, but thanks for the feedback will definetly try to improve it.
