Fun, addictive, very fluid, and only one button!! Fantastic work!!

Developer

Thank you Ivan :)

The speed of movement and jumping all felt fluid and responsive! Definitely challenging, took me quite a few tries each level.

If you are using Unity, you should look into exporting to WebGL, that way people can play your game in browser without having to download anything. It was tricky for me to get it to export and work right on itch at first, so if you need any help, feel free to reach out on any of my socials!

Developer

Thank you so much! I do know how to do the webGL export, but i just  forgot 😅😅, hopefully i won't forget next time so more people can play my game. Thank you again! :)

I liked it and I'm gonna try it more after work (couldn't figure out the drop at the start of lv 2) but why did I eat my friend ;;

Developer

It's hard, but after a few tries you will get it :)

Gotta love them slimes :)

I like your game, has something that makes you play it until you finish :D

congratulations for your work <3

Developer

Thank you so much :)

I like games that are less than 30Mb (I don't have unlimited internet).

I really liked the fast pace of the slim and to have a various gameplay (at least various strategies to test) with only one input button.

Fun and adorable! ◕‿◕ The mechanics feels really good and in my opinion the difficulty is on point too: easy to play while challenging in a good way.

Great use of the assets and level design. Congrats ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ

Thank you so much for the feedback! Don't forget to rate it :).

Nice game design ! I was surprised the way you did a Geometry Dash like and a puzzle game at the same time.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! At first i didn't intend to mix platformer + puzzle, but then i realized it was a good idea!

Submitted

I like the platforming here, even if it was very tough ;) good job!

Developer

Thanks!

Really well done! This feels about as complete as a two-day game can, with clever mechanics that have a twist (not simply eating everything in sight ) that makes the player level up their skill to continue.

The one thing I struggled with was timing the jumps. They felt a little off to me, but I can't put my finger on how. (I'm not a great platformer, so if everyone else likes it that way, pls ignore that comment.)

The visuals and audio is really solid, and I laughed out loud the first time I met my friend.

Great job!

Developer

That was a funny decision i came up at the end 😅😅. Thank you for the feedback, definetly that jump has to be improved.

The animations are simple yet effective and i also love the fact that you just straight up eat your friend at the end! Very nice game!

Developer

I am really happy with the result of the slime jump animation, so simple and effective as you said. Thank you for the feedback!

Quite a hard game. The theme is nicely integrated. great work

I love this! The core concept is fantastic. You are always getting smaller, so there is a constant incentive to grow bigger (avoiding death), but being too big makes your hit box really large. I also like the decision to not have control over the speed at which you travel. You really have to think about when and where you jump and how big you need to be at any given time. The result is a simple, yet difficult and compelling platformer.

Developer

Thank you so much for this review, i couldn't explain the core concept better than you . I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Submitted

Damn that game is hard :D

i liked that you have to get small again in some spots.

The difficulty curve ramps up fast :)

Cool platformer to play! Love the fact that you have to manage your size because sometimes it can turn against you! You can be proud of what you made! I had a lot of fun playing it 😄

Submitted

Fun to play. Second level ending was quite unexpected. For the first run the slime was so big that it was not able to fit that hole until it shrank down and died immediately. It brought good feature that I have to think what to eat and what not. I like that. Nice work.

Nice job! Very challenging and fun to play. Congrats! :)

Thank you!

It's a little hard for me.Especially level-2,i died many times and each time I had to restart from the very beginning that made my fell  frustrated.I was thinking you should place a savepoint in the middle. But it's also very satisfying when I finished the game. It's hard and I love it.

Developer

Yeah, sometimes is kinda trial and error, that something to improve i think. That level is not something you can win in the first playthrough 😅. Thanks for the feedback!

The sound work is nice and funny, the atmosphere is as nice.

The jump is not perfect, a bit too heavy/slow, I don't know for sure, but maybe that's what you said about the gravity?
Nothing that ruins everything surely as RainyDay said, it's just the only thing that feels that needs a bit more work ^^.

Well done!

Developer

When i was adjusting that jump, it felt good to me, but after hearing some feedback i must agree that is a little bit weird 😅😅. Thank you for playing!
