Great game! I had a blast playing it! Congratulations!

I like the risk and reward system of having to get close to the robots to lure them into the firing range of your robot! I would still like for there to be a way to regenerate health, like walking. Nice game!

Developer

I REALLY wanted to put in a way to recover health outside of the talent, but we decided to have it be a tradeoff for lategame. I do agree, there absolutely needs to be a way to passively heal without getting the talent. This is something we can think about if we continue this project after the game jam :)

Cool!

This game is very well thought and is really fun to play!
I wish it had controller support though. Art is cute and audio is really well made!
Extra kudos for letting the player continue after beating the 10th boss.

controller support was somthing I really wanted to put in, but we just ran out of time. It should be a really easy addition once the jam is over :)

Very nice game with lots of amazing lore! if you could improve visual and sound, you could make your game even better!

I loved this game! It's really fun, if feels very balanced and fair, and I love the way the upgrade system works! One of the only Wowie Jam games I've actually replayed after winning, and I could definitely see a future for this if it was more polished and expanded upon.

Also, in a way, it's kinda similar to the game we made! It feels like we had a similar initial idea but went on different directions. Would love if you checked it out!

Boecharts, really happy to hear you felt encouraged to play again. Our goal was to find a way for the player to want to try different builds :)

I liked this game a lot! It's great fun and the difficulty curve is quite good. I also really liked the later incentive to stay close to the robot so you get healed. The sound effects are very well made too!

Developer

Thanks my friend! I made all of the sounds (minus the music loop) with my mouth and VoiceMod application :)

I noticed they were very mouthy, but I liked that a lot about them!

really cool the game works great the art could use some work but honestly this is very cool for a 3-day time limit!

Developer

Thanks, glad you liked it!

Like the unique enemy designs, The upgrade system is quite cool and  it has a great difficulty curve

overall nice game tho I would change the graphic style to a more pixelated one

Developer

Glad you liked it, and thanks for the feedback!

Charming game. But the scrap upgrades are a little weak.

nice little game :)

Overall nice job! I guess with potentially more time it could've been even better :)

I really liked the Game, reminded me a bit of "Bounty of One"

Developer

I had never heard of that game before, but it looks really fun!  Thanks for the feedback :)

Really cool :) With more polish this could be a really great game - love incrementals and this one has cool active element <3

This was a cool approach to the theme -i liked it!  upgrades were fun and good art too!  great job on this!! :D

This was neat. The old man and his robot pal is a very cute and unique take on the theme. I enjoyed the gameplay and how it varied with your upgrade selection. I thought that more could have been done to teach the player how to play early on as it took me a minute to get the hang of it. Also the difficulty curve was a little sharp. Great job!

Developer

Difficulty curve definitely needs some work.  I’d really love to know where you struggled in the early game if you don’t mind?  I have guesses at the pain points, but constructive feedback is welcome here :)
