Such an exciting game! I think there's a loooot of potential to the mechanics, and the movement feels very smooth, makes me crave for more!

Developer

Thanks! :) I hope to work on it some more soon.

Really good game, its very good and i like a lot the grap mechanics, it take a few tries but when i get used to the controls was really great to play it. Nice job!

Developer

Thank you, appreciate you feedback! Glad you got the hang of it :)

Very challenging game, nice music and art, the controls felt awkward at first, but then I got used to it

Developer

Thanks for your feedback, def takes some 'getting used to'.

Nicely done. This was very well polished and perfectly scoped for a Jam game.

Developer

Thank you!

Such an awesome game, I've seen a few similar games in this jam but I think yours is the best made so far. Very nice controls, love the switching character when you use your pickaxe, great level design, the difficulty is just right with the checkpoints. A+ game!

Developer

Thank you! Yeah I've seen some other tethered character games, I figured it would be a common mechanic, I just wanted to play with it too.

Really fun to play. Thanks for making this!

Developer(+1)

You're welcome, thank you for playing :) and your kind words :)

Really really great game! Incredible idea and very well made. The amount of polish here is really impressive :)

I love the art style, the music is really fitting too. I love the checkpoint placements and the game ramps up really nice as the game progresses. The secrets and coins to grab really made it a complete package.

Amazing game dude, well done!

Developer

Thank you! Glade you liked it :)

One of my favorite games of the jam so far.
Feels like a good NES game, but not in a superficial way. Great art, mechanics, and level design.
Also difficulty well paced.
Bravo!

Thanks! I love NES era ;)

Really amazing! The mechanics feel so refined. The balance between control and lack of control when swinging is a particular stand out for me. But the regular jumping, the wall jumping, the pickaxe all feel great.

The environmental puzzles feel effortless too.

One the best entries for the theme as well. I really felt the cavers depending on each other and trusting each other.

Thank you! I wanted their connection to be a part of their identity :)

So fantastic! Really great polish from the sounds to mechanics, physics, and level design. Steller game, great work!

Overall great package.  I particularly liked the music.  It fit the look and pace of the game perfectly.

Developer

Thank you! So happy to hear my music isn't insta-muted lol

Amazing game! I had such fun playing this. It was really awkward at first but once I got a hang of the controls it was a blast trying to climb my way over obstacles. I love the art style chose for this, with limited palette and the colors making everything super clear!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for your feedback! Looks like getting the "hang" of the physics is a common thing so your not alone :) Glad you got it and had some fun. Thanks.

Incredible game! The game design and game mechanic was SO juicy.  I'd make a full game out of this for sure. I know this is a cool 8 bit design but I think more color, light, etc will turn it commerical. But it might just be me. Great job.

Developer(+1)

I'm definitely thinking about more. I appreciate your feedback. I actually need to address the "lighting" because it costs more (performance) than it should, I just rolled with it for the jam. Thanks again.

Probably one of my favorite games so far. Felt really nice playing, loved your work, nothing to comment about it!

Developer

Thanks! ^_^ 🙏

Super fun and fluid! The coins are a fun challenge.

Developer

Thanks! The coins are fun to use when designing too because if something is a little hard or out of place, you can stick a coin there!
