I suggest using raycasts to determine how to place these things. If it hits the ground, just place it correctly on the ground and disable any physics to ensure predictable placement. If the raycast hits a plug at a close enough distance, place it there too. Maybe just make the plug hit box a bit bigger
Thanks for the feedback!
We originally planned on making this multiplayer and settled on making an AI for the Jam.
We are aware of the bug on map two but lacked the time to bug fix it before the deadline. And we will work on balancing the dots abilities, we just tried to get the concept out there for people to play.
I'll tell our sound guy you liked his work 👊
DUDE! THIS GAME IS SO COOL!
What an amazing and unique concept. I have never played a game like this before and I LOVE it. Amazing level design and concept. I like the voice in between levels, though it sounds a bit too ASMR like lol
But man A++ for uniqueness and making something really fun and puzzling.
Hi thanks for the kind words!
I used PPO algorithm. It took me a long time to figure out how to train it properly, and even longer to actually train it 🙃
I went ahead and made a MacOS build for you. Please give it a proper playtest, sorry for the bad experience 🙏
I cannot test the Mac build since I don't own one. Please let me know how it plays 👍
Nice looking menu's but the game needs a lot of polish. If this is something you made yourself, then great job!
Music/Sounds + Gameplay + UI is a lot of work. The overall theme and concept of the game is cool, collect materials while avoiding enemies and progress. I like it. Keep working on this game and it can be a fun steam game!

Honestly really amazing game, I got a 1:46. And to be honest I would have kept playing but I find the red jars you have to place on things to be extremely annoying in how they work. They sometimes get placed a little further than where you are aiming, they roll around on the ground which makes them unpredictable, they fall out of your hand if you turn too fast (or is it when they hit a wall and you are turning), and you have to be perfectly looking at the yellow light to place them, if you are a pixel off they place and just fall off.
After 15 attempts I got pretty annoyed of them and decided to move on.
Aside from that, great movement, great music, great sound effects (I like the wall sliding sound).
I did lose a lot of frames when the turrets shot or when I was near the electric grids, which messes up my aim, but that might just be a WebGL thing.
Nice job putting this all together in a week! Check out our game DotFight if you get a chance!
Really cool puzzle game. The music and sound effects were on point!
The mechanics were also easy to grasp and the puzzles themselves are interesting.
My advice would be to not have the levels be so pixel-perfect for where you have to aim. Give a little leeway for error. This is a really cool concept though and you should definitely pursue it further.
Give our game DotFight a player if you have a chance, we appreciate any critiques!
A solid game that fits the theme well!
Easy to grasp, LOTS of puzzles, and no bugs that I encountered. Well done!
Add a volume adjuster and progress bar/level selection and you got yourself a fun mobile game.
I also liked the circle wipe transition between levels.

Dude this was so fun!!!
I was laughing my a$$ off everytime I bump into a car and hear that crash sound.
I love how the pitch of the bike gets higher the longer you drive, very cool touch.
Fun gameplay loop, fun driving. Overall very amazing game!
Check out our game DotFight, if you ever get a chance!
Wow, this is actually really fun! Great design and unique mechanics!
Controls were good too.
With some sounds and music, this could be a really fun puzzle game on mobile and steam. I highly encourage you to continue developing this game. Really well done!

The art is cool. I like the controls and I appreciate the attention to detail for cutting a vine where it was shot.
My gripe with this is the super zoomed-in camera, and also how the camera follows the player. It perfectly follows the player so everything else in the scene moves around a lot which makes it hard to see things clearly without your eyes having to jump around.
Fix the camera and you have a very good foundation to make a great platformer game.
Check out our game too: DotFight
We would love your critique!
Interesting game. I wasn't really sure what the point of it was. It seems like a relaxing game where you try to make a constellation by connecting the planets so to speak.
The music and art were very nice. And it was a calm experience. The transition to orbits is really well done.
I think if there was more a more clear objective and a little more fun gameplay, this could be a cool game you play on your phone in your spare time.
