We made reusable platforms and created prefabs that spawn randomly, almost procedural-generated. We tried to make the theme the punchline of the game's story

Nice game! Maybe you could add an easy mode with a slow down near the places where you need to do an action. That way, if the player is already typing, they have a bit of extra time and doesn't feel that frustrated.

In any case, is a great submission. Congrats!

Awesome seeing another procedural game in the jam! Loved the mix of text and platforming gameplay however it was a bit difficult if you didn't copy/paste jump.

Typing platformers are somewhat popular on that types of jams, but it was the first I had a pleasure to play :D This guy is running so fast it is almost impossible to get high score without a trick from Chase of Bass, hah! Nice little game!

The game is a bit hard, cool 2 bits graphics (black and white), and a cool gameplay, the camera zoom could be a bit higher so we could see ahead, good game.

Realy cool idea, but the dude is running too quick :D you should make the fov bigger so + maybe make him go slower, as at some points its impossible to type the command fast enaught, with few tweaks might be realy fun game, great job :))

Thanks! I know what you mean, and we did consider adding easy(ier) difficulty, but in the end decided to leave it like it is for now. With the slower movement, game would loose its frantic momentum and would become repetitive really quick, since it doesn't have that many features. We will think about adding lower difficulty level in future update, together with all the features we left out because of the deadline. :)

wow! This is incredibly awesome -easily one of the coolest typing games i've played. Loved the voices too xD Super fn hard but really fun! Eventually i figured out i could copy/paste 'jump' which helped immensely except for rolling (the duck was a nice hint xD) The art and atmosphere and sound design was fantastic -loved this a lot -amazing work!! ( top score 170!!)
