Really cool game! Couldn't really play it alone, but it was great nonetheless!

This is a really cool game! I think the difficulty could still use some adjustment as far as enemy AI/targeting/attack speed. Also, definitely very painful for a single person to play on a keyboard. Works great for controller though!

I tried to play alone and fail hard. Then i asked my wife to play with me and was very fun!

Great job!

In my game, the shield dude also pushes the mobs away, but your game is way more polished! If you could give it a try, i would be very glad!

Thank you! I'm happy that you had fun!

The controls are a little bit complicated but overall a great idea

Developer

Thank you for your feedback! Duly noted for the controls.

Love the visuals, and this is a super cool idea. Only problem is it's a little complicated. I don't know about on controller, but with keyboard it's very hard to get both characters doing what you want.

Also, a small bug: sometimes the action buttons just wouldn't work for me (raise shield/swing sword)

Great job overall, it feels really polished and is a unique take on a common idea in this jam.

I'd appreciate you checking out my game too.

Thank you for your detailed comment! Duly noted for the keyboard, indeed, it is better with a controller, but I think that it could be improved with the keyboard. Moreover, thanks for spotting this bug!

Nice game! I love the cel shaded graphics with the heavy shadows! That said, the game definitely needs to do more to ease the player into the game. The controls on this are super complicated (I play on keyboard), and there is no tutorial or ramping in difficulty at all. I feel like the controls are more intuitive on gamepad but they are so hard to wrap my head around on keyboard. Either way though there should be some type of ingame tutorial since it's not that fun having to scroll up and down the page to look at the controls in the description.

Developer

Thank you for your detailed comment! Duly noted for the complicated controls, indeed, it is better with the gamepad, but I think that it is possible to do it better with the combo Mouse/Keyboard. Moreover, I agree with you that a tutorial would have be good thing, in order to help to understand the game controls system.

Amazing game, nothing more to say. My congratulations <3

Cool game but there are way too many controls you needed to memorize.

P.S. I would really appreciate it if you check out my game.

Great work! It was a little tough to control both at the same time haha. I had to go back and read the controls on submission page so some kind of instruction in game would have been useful. Also any form of background would have been great for immersion. Overall though pretty neat concept... like an Overcooked kind of play style.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! Duly noted for the controls and the immersion. Moreover, I'm happy that you compared my concept with Overcooked, because it is a game that I liked a lot!
