I really like mazes and the theme! the flame is also incredibly cute. This could be a bigger game than a game jam game easy! However I would suggest taking out the control switching in the final product :)

Interesting take on the theme. It's kind of a risk-reward system, I like it. Although I have to admit the control switching was a bit frustrating, though.

This is a neat idea coupled with some nice visuals and music. I've seen a few games with similar ideas of losing control, but this is the first that went with a maze which I thought worked quite well!

I did find a few of the maze effects a bit too frustrating --- I don't think any of us enjoy having our controls scrambled! But I did have fun and played the game to completion. Good job!

The sound of the text and the blue flame reminded me of undertale.

Interesting concept tying the loss of control to the same mechanic that gives the player control, really like this take on the theme, though perhaps a bit more of a longer-lasting or permanent benefit to using the flare would add to the risk/reward mechanic of it, like perhaps a small permanent or semi-permanent zone in which you could see more of that map, left behind even if you are moved away. A great entry to the jam!

Pretty cool game, I like that it is challenging. I tried not to use the flare but I had to because I kept getting lost.
