Cute little game concept. I agree with others about the level 2 needs some sort of warning so you can stop moving, or just a delay on the trigger.
Also on level 1 you can just walk WAY off screen in both directions.

Cute art,  maybe a small hint for level two before the human shows up.

Amazing art style! Short game but it has potential. Very cute entry!

It's very cute, I have to say. However, I find the gameplay quite clunky. Good ideas nonetheless :)

I love the artstyle! i still have no idea how to play the first minigame but the sneaky minigame reminds me of some old flash games, and it's great you have actual voice acting. Overall great job!

The art is very cute, I really like the style! For the gameplay, I'm still stuck at first, I don't understand where the mouse is and why do I have random objects from the ground. I'll still try again later.

Love this game! I didn't really understand how to play at first (the finding a mouse mini game) so I just randomly clicked everywhere and everything that I could. I enjoyed the "sneaky level" more because it gave me more tension and I had to stay focus. The unique art style is what made me curious and wanted to play this game. Overall, it's a really good one, just a little pity that the last mini game (which seems the most interesting one) is still under development. I'd love to play more of this game.

Love the concept of the game. Would love to play more levels if you make them :D

I enjoyed the mini-game that was similar to Red Light, Green Light. (Personally, I’d like a feature to skip the synopsis. For when I play it again.)

This game is so cool. The story makes me want to play more. I also love the beautiful art. Great work on making such a cool game for the jam !!

Very fun game, it's a shame there aren't more levels yet ;( Great graphics :D

Charming graphics, and good story. The mysterious, but somewhat scary music help set the vibe of the game. Some onboarding can help the player better understand what to do in the beginning of the game. The “dirt” hint when clicking on the screen is a good indicator and a good start.

The poop level was a bit difficult, since the human came at random interval. Giving the player a small “hint” before the human comes can make the game easier, and more forgiving.

Good work!

What a neat game, love your graphics, love the concept! So good!

Love that this has voice acting! the audio and graphics have an incredible vibe. I am a fan of puzzle games but I would agree with some of the feedback below that there seemed some inconsistency in art and level design and also felt like being eased into the story with some tutorial/test would've been nice! Definitely an innovative idea though

This game is 10/10, really enjoyed it

I liked the concept of a cat fighting back against a machine. I feel like the art style was not consistent throughout the game, and I also felt like the game was a little too linear, with the intended path not being obvious, through UI or design choices. If I had to make a recommendation, I would say that a game where you find items and discover interactions (especially since some of the items found in the yard were in fact used later), would be much stronger in a narrative like this one.

Thank you for playing, I took note of the feedback and will apply it for this and future games  🤝

Awesome game. Love the story and the shenanigans the cat was up to. It was brilliant!  I could see it becoming a fully fledged game.

Great game. I love the art, and the premise is cool. I found that you can hit the mouse multiple times when he pops up, and beat him in like 30 seconds lol

I loved the narrative section, and the different minigames to tell that narrative. What charm - just wish there was a little more, which means you know you have something special.

Developer

Im glad you liked it, the intro was the funniest thing for me to do hahaha , it took me multiple attempts

Interesting idea.

In the scene where I'm looking for a mouse on the street, I can go behind the scene (camera) and not see myself, if you don't have a larger world, then you should add a collision on the canvas size.

Also, the cat's eyes in different directions scare me a bit, it's good to know that the AI has justified itself once again!

Developer

Thank you for your feedback, I was planning to limit the cat previously but forgot to do it and uploaded like this, my bad xd
