I really like the gameplay loop, and the visuals were nice

Slashing enemies is satisfying, you can hang from the ceiling and wall jump, and the whole thing is just heavily inspired by Ninja Gaiden.
Please go give it a go, and if you rate my game with valid feedback, I will rate yours aswell!
I recommend you use a controller or gamepad

I published to wavedash cause I wanted to participate in the deploy to wavedash challenge, but I'm not sure if it went public in time, and I'm terrified.
I dedicated my life for the past week to this jam cause I desperately need the money and it felt like a godsend. But after posting to wavedash right before the jam ended, now I woke up the next morning, and am horrified to check wavedash and see my game might not have been published. I thought I did everything right, but now I'm worried cause this creeping fear inside me is about to give me a heart attack.
What I know is that my build wasn't published, cause this morning I had to click the publish button (Which I thought it was like Itch.io in the sense that if you publish your game, you publish your build), so I just need to know does that matter?

The game is everything I've wanted from the original Ninja Gaiden, and its just such a fun experience. Unbreakable Determination isn't one of the only songs that stand out anymore, since you have completely perfected the entire ost. I love everything about this game, and the difficulty is alot more fair. Thank you for making this.
I like this game. The art is pretty good, but there's no music. I didn't read anything before playing, so I just guessed the controls, and then beat the bosses. I didn't know the player was supposed to be greed cause I didn't read anything, so wat the end, when it said "Greed has defeated all the other sins" it was like a plot twist.
Since there was no music, I just blasted music on my phone while I was playing, and it was much better.
The first boss was pretty decent, not the best, but decent. The second boss was a little more advanced, but still not that advanced. Then the bosses started getting more advanced, and creative, and even difficult. Pride was fr the hardest and best boss imo. I love this game, and I hope you eventually go back to it to maybe update the art style, and add sound. The art style is great, it just really needs sound.
Overall, it's a simple, but effective game. 6.4/10. would have scored higher if it weren't for the lack of music. Definitely putting this in my collection though.
Thanks, this was just a prototype I whipped this up in a few minutes because I was on a time limit, I will definitely add more and expand on the idea, and I will also update the music, since this is a song from my game Rhett's Journey 1. I never noticed that the thrivers were that difficult, I will definitely fix that. I plan on adding parts where the player turns around and you have to jump on projectiles, and I plan on making bosses, but this is it for now. Thanks for your comment. If you like this Rhett character, I am making 2 more games on him right now.
The game is perfect
Some things I liked are...
1. The Music: The music in the first zone was lacking but everything other was still a banger.
2. The graphics: The graphics make you feel like you are playing an old NES classic.
3. The Gameplay: The controls are weird at first, but I got used to it pretty quickly. The game mechanics are very well made, and I love the "Jab down on a enemy and get boosted up" mechanic.
The game is perfect so far. But here are some things I didn't like.
...
10/10. Please continue it.
