Graphisms are nice and game is fun to play. Maybe delete the offscreen bullets (they kill ennemies before they attack you) and prevent the character from flipping when you look back because it makes the astronaut moonwalk (unless it's intentional, then don't remove it, i find it cool you can finish the whole game by going backwards) ?

Thanks, the flipping was intentional. In the final project, I will definitely delete the bullets when they are offscreen, I will also have to make the thrivers (the blue things) not shoot projectiles when they are in their death animation. Thanks for playing.
The game was fun to play, I wished it was a bit longer, Solid foundation and you can turn it to a full game. Nicely done pal

You have a good foundation to build upon. More polish and bugfixes. Maybe put the character closer to the left side and add a crosshair for shooting too.
Nice work, since there is no penalty to shooting I just spammed the heck out of it and barely saw enemies :)
Some bugs here and there, if you die while jumping or if you jump after you die you keep running a bit, you still respawn and all but I suppose I expected to just lie there and die. Also you can still shoot while dead, did give some satisfaction to kill whatever killed me however, maybe keep? :)
Btw, sorry if the Thrivers (The Blue guys) are impossible to get through. I fixed it but forgot to export. Please don't hold that against this prototype and rate it based on potential, and not current state.
You can beat them if you jump all the time and predict the bullet direction. You can kill them off the screen before they can shoot more bullets. And avoing the bullets already shot...

I think this idea has some good potential! The problems I've noticed though is that:
-The player is on the right side of the screen for seemingly no reason, it make it harder to react and puts more focus and what's behind you which is not useful
-It's incredibly difficult to get by the blue enemies, I managed to get through the blue one once but was not able to make it trhough the second one
but I do like the graphics and gameplay, even though simple so far, I think it could make for a very nice experienc :)
Thanks, this was just a prototype I whipped this up in a few minutes because I was on a time limit, I will definitely add more and expand on the idea, and I will also update the music, since this is a song from my game Rhett's Journey 1. I never noticed that the thrivers were that difficult, I will definitely fix that. I plan on adding parts where the player turns around and you have to jump on projectiles, and I plan on making bosses, but this is it for now. Thanks for your comment. If you like this Rhett character, I am making 2 more games on him right now.
