How does the game fit the theme?
I made a walking sim where you explore a curious place, a cave filled with weird objects and statues.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Just the music/sfx and a visual shader. Which are all properly credited.

I enjoyed this game!

Very on-theme! I like the aesthetic.

I think that having foot sounds for the water/not water would've added more to the immersion of it.

Developer

trueee, i completely forgot about that. Thanks for playing!

Thanks yo, i liked your game too!

Wow, you nailed the visuals and the environment so much! The atmosphere was instantly very eerie and weird. It´d work wonders with some horror/suspense gameplay mechanics, but as a proof of concept/walking sim it´s really good. Great job!!!

Developer

Hey, thank you for the comment! I really appreciate it!🙂

First of all, you finished a game that looks great overall — and achieving that in just 7 days, especially if you are a solo developer, is impressive. Great job!

Things I liked:

  • The jam theme is well implemented. The assets, SFX, and music all work in the same direction to create an immersive experience.

Constructive Feedback:

  • There seems to be a bug with the mouse rotation. When the mouse icon reaches the edge of the screen, you can no longer rotate the camera further in that direction. It can feel a bit annoying at times and slightly affects the overall experience.

Thank you for playing! 🙂

Very trippy. Loved the visuals. The audio was so peaceful and relaxing. The path to the main monument with statues along it was the best part for me.

Developer

Im happy to hear that you enjoyed it! thannk you for all the kind words!

Definitely fitting the theme anyways. Love the visuals.  One minor issue though: I actually fell out of the environment at one stage lol, might just be a missing collider, but good job overall.

Developer

Ohhh good to know! ill have to look into it, thank you for your sacrifice 🙂 and thanks for playing!

I absolutely love this! My favorite is standing inside a rotating star for the kaleidoscope effect.

Developer
