I love rhythm games, and this one is actually very innovative and fun at the same time, that's RARE. I had a ton of fun playing this and I crave for levels with this mechanic. I liked the little gestures the character makes, it almost feels like you're doing them with your own hand, and that feels cool. Just everything about this is awesome, thanks for making this entry!

Love the idea, and loved the execution! The in rhythm shooting felt really nice and juicy, and the music choice was perfect for the game!

Good job!

Fun idea with a lot of potential! The art is very good and the main mechanic is solid, although I do wish that the start was a little faster (maybe it could start with a four-bar loop before "unlocking" all eight bars?)

With more levels and more spells, I could genuinely see this on Steam. Great job!

This is a sweet idea! I had a rhythm game concept that I wound up pivoting away from, so I was super excited to see someone implement a loop in a gameplay mechanic like this. Legitimately feels like the kind of concept that could be taken to a full game implementation, well done!

I wish the beginning was a little "faster" - killing the skulls felt like it was taking a little too long, especially when the space youre in is "empty". Nevertheless, I enjoyed playing it right from the get go - its quirky and fun and I can see that this can take a great direction! I would love to see more!

I firstly want to note the specific design that is really really good. Is very fun to play and it directly  implements the theme

This is game very fun, love the idea and how you made the games loop. A bug note: I once flew directly into a wall and was standing on top of the track. The style of the hand and the mechanics was really similar to one of the Blackthornprod's game

Very fun to play! But at the start it felt to long to wait for another shot when you have 8 beats

Kinda didn't like how you couldn't look up, but it definitely made sense in the context. This game was an absolute vibe and I didn't expect it. Everything's synced to the music, whether people notice or not. The timing's a bit tight so I just ended up spamming the key, lol. Main thing I didn't like was that there was no pausing for moving spells around (because I was put into a combat encounter pretty much right after I had to change the order to get up somewhere.) Overall, I really liked the atmosphere here. The player bobbing was a nice touch.

This feels so good to play! Woah! I love the music, I love the casting system, the level design is excellent, the enemies felt good to fight - I’m looking forward to see if you take this further after the gamejam! I’d love to play it more!

Very fun stuff! At the start I was expecting pure action rhythm fps gameplay akin to BPM or Hellsinger, but I was pleasantly surprised that movement spells also was part of it, making it much more interesting building combos to also solve puzzles. Fits the theme, great job.

What a great game! Really well done, I like the use of the metronome mechanic. Having to move your spells around in the beat order was also pretty satisfying! Great job!

What a cool take on the theme! I love the vibe and the gameplay. Good job with the music, it helped me with timing my attacks.

This is a really great take on the theme! My one complaint is that the beginning is pretty slow with only one spell that you have to wait the whole loop before using again. Having a second copy of the spell to start with might have made it flow a bit faster.

really dope game i love the concept and ill definitly come back to it to beat it sometime. my one complaint is that sometimes my brain syncs up with the melody and i end up shooting out of sync with the metronome. ill tell you this your making it to the top 100 for sure.

Amazing work! The low-res hands in the screenshot really intrigued me, and I must say it really delivered. The concept was a really unique take on the theme, so well executed with on point styling. Going into that final room felt so good - I was grooving to the rhythm and blasting those baddies. One of my favourites I've played of the jam so far!

I love this!!! It feels so good to create your own “combos” and get the feel for them until they become second nature! I wish there was more! More spells, more different rythm types, different enemies, etc.. Amazing work!

PS I love the music
