Very cool looking game! The box placement feels really juicy, nice job. As others have said it's pretty easy to just spam boxes, maybe some sort of timer or limited number would add to the challenge!

thanks for the feedback. Making the box placement juicy was my first and most important objective ;) but I agree about the box spamming and once the jam is over I'll fix it.

This is really cool! I love the visuals and how juicy the game feels, great work! It is a bit glitchy and it's pretty easy to cheese the game by spam-placing boxes, but that can be easily fixable in the future if you decide to continue development (and I think you should, this has potential!)

Neat game! Really nice job on the art, and good choice of music. Unfortunately, I'm playing on an ulltrawide monitor, and a lot of UI was getting cut off. I may have missed some things in the tutorial, and I wasn't able to see the UI in the game like I see you've got in the gif. I like the concept though, controlling enemy pathing is a cool idea!

Nitpicks:

  • Sometimes my golem friend would teleport in unexpected ways when putting boxes down
  • I'm not sure what the goal was, in terms of surviving longer, or placing fewer boxes, or getting the most ghosts into the green ooze, or what

 Thanks for  the feedback,   the goal was  to survive as long as possible. I know  that  the golem is buggy, and It was one of  the things that I wasn't' t able  to finish in time unfortunately

Fun game executed well, I think limiting the amount of boxes you have, to place would be an interesting addition as I found the game quite easy. But all in all great game

very cute, very polished, yet its way to easy to get invincible, by just blocking of all around the golem

I started working on a mechanic where the crates would despawn after 5 sec, but as with much else in this game, I was not able to finish it in time.  Thanks for the feedback, though!
