A really cool idea! I liked how you incorporated menu screen elements into the game with like the credits. I think a lot of the instructions are pretty intuitive so I don't really think a lot of the text is necessary. Maybe keep the first few just so you ensure the player gets the hang of it. Still, I had a lot of fun playing and only wished there was more to play.
It did kinda end short sadly

Very cool! Love the simplistic + post proc art style, classic. Great polish. One thing is, it's kind of inconsistent which glowing orange fields kill you and which give you abilities - it's not really messing with fail states if they are two entirely different entities that just look the same right. That said, the game is lovely and super fun.

Short but good! Love the player trail effect. The part when you unlock the tall jump is really clever level design, I was so relieved that I wouldn't have to go the same way the whole time :)

The graphics are extremely simple, but the post processing makes it a lot better and polished! This platformer game is also super fun!
