A really cool idea! I liked how you incorporated menu screen elements into the game with like the credits. I think a lot of the instructions are pretty intuitive so I don't really think a lot of the text is necessary. Maybe keep the first few just so you ensure the player gets the hang of it. Still, I had a lot of fun playing and only wished there was more to play.
