Amazing art! Good game! well done!

Your goal of making a game that looks good is achieved. Visually the only thing I'd want to see if a bit more interesting background besides one colour, some screen shake, and some particles. But those are all small details, not needed.

The timer for the levels felt a bit long. When in doubt for a game jam game - make it shorter. It seems counterproductive because you want players to get more value, but short and sweet is always better for these types of things.

Good job!

Hi! The idea is good, the implementation isn't perfect. I mean, it is fun to play for a bit. The main problem, I think, is the feedback of how long you need to make the characters 'work'. And besides, the tutorial is quite straightforward about left-clicking and right-clicking on the characters, it doesn't say anything about the little arrow and its meaning.

Anyway, it is a good game, and you pulled it off all by yourself, and that's a great accomplishment inf my opinion!

Great work!

Perfectly matches the theme and I love the pixel art. Such a good idea to have the megaphone affected by gravity and I believe the security guard weighed more? All around beautiful work!!

Pretty interesting concept!

In fact the way it is actually seems a bit weird at the first impression (why there is guy on a tree, and a room on it too lol). It's not that hard tho, and there's no easy understanding of what is the goal (or the time) you need to wait. When winning it simply resets with a restart.

Also I don't understand why you have to select the manager to "choose him" as there is only one character to control, at least if I'm not wrong :)

Hello, thanks for playing! I am not sure what exactly happened in your play session, but there is only one character to control only at the first (tutorial) level [as you can see in screenshots, there are multiple levels].

The tutorial experience in my mind should be as follows:
The player selects a manager -> game asks the player to balance the office -> the player balances the office -> the game asks the player to make the manager work for an hour [the arrow should appear above the megaphone to indicate where exactly the manager should head to] -> the player sends the manager there and waits for an in-game hour [clock above should give the idea of in-game time] -> the second level starts.

The clock above is actually the timer that you should race against.

Please, if it's not too much of a problem, tell me what exactly was counterintuitive about my tutorial design. Once again, thank you for playing.

Sure thing, thanks for the reply. I'll do another try having that loop in mind!
