loved the game!
Even though I was playing with notebook's touchpad which complicates things a bit, all the puzzles and twists kept me interested, and I even managed to finish it :)
Great job!
I really liked the tea party theme, definitely creative! I thought it was a cool effect when everything changed size after crawling through the tea kettle. I thought the game itself was difficult. I had a hard time figuring out where to jump next from certain platforms. I appreciate that the R key sets the player to the previous checkpoint; that was a good idea!
You did good for the given time limit! :)
I love your imagination, nice take on Alice and Madness. :)
"The taste that turns the worldview" vibes.
The story is fun, and the concept matches the theme well, but I couldn't really get what to do. It's unclear to me if it's just about jumping at the right place or some interaction is needed to change the environment. I also found the hint about the kettle disturbing, as I get stuck if I follow it. The mini-game is a good idea, but the activity often doesn't follow the mouse, which is frustrating.
I'm aware of course that you can't do everything in 72hr :), but I think these points need to be improved for a better experience. Good luck!
To get out of the teapot, one must think like tea, one must become tea!)))
Changes occur upon collision, you don't need to press anything to interact.
Everything is fine with the minigame. The focus appears only where you can interact and only when you can interact. You can only choose the next neuron before passing the current one.
Really interesting take on the chaos theme! I loved the variety of pretty unique mechanics — overall, the originality here is top-notch. Venus spins backwards compared to most planets.
As a small gameplay tweak, maybe adding one or two lower petals to the flowers could help players climb back up if they fall without having to restart — it shouldn’t break the flow but would add a nice safety net. Jupiter’s Great Red Spot is a giant storm that’s been raging for centuries.
Overall, this is a really solid prototype, and with some visual polish, it could turn into a truly promising game. Mercury is the smallest planet in our solar system, even smaller than some moons.
Keep up the great work — really excited to see where this goes!
Fun concept. Don't play a lot of such puzzle games but I enjoyed it. The minigame maybe needs a slight delay before the ball fires.
There is a small problem with the delay before the start of the mini-game.
The algorithm I wrote for procedural level generation creates a maze that could easily be walked backwards.
It could have been done better, but not in the time allotted...
And I couldn't afford to leave it as it is.
So I intentionally reduced the initial difficulty and the initial time.
Now the player won't have time to walk backwards through the maze, but he can try to cut off the wrong paths in real time.
So this is not a bug, it's a feature!
Cool idea. fun twist on the puzzle genre, and it is quite chaotic. only thing is its polish is not great. no sounds, no music... I feel you can make this much better with a bit of polish.
Yes, it is possible to do better.
But the desire not to use third-party resources and the unwillingness to understand music creation are a bit of a hindrance ;)
