I don't know if it was intended, but the general feel of the game and animations/feedback are giving off some heavy Newground 'Madness' vibes. Love it. Really well done, not just vibe but it was really engaging too.
The fact that this game is probably the game ive played longest says something about your skills. Complexity is not always better. Good Job!! I wish for a better map :D
I like the art style, but I couldn't play it full-screen which made reading what the card upgrades did very difficult. But surprising amount of juice when killing enemies. Curious to know what the game engine was. Love the music btw.
I like it lol
I learn from here simple is the best!
lol this is amazing
I have now learned not to trust a book by its cover. The music was very chaotic and you nailed the theme perfectly! Somewhat addictive gameplay, and although its not that creative I still love the art-style and overall chaotic nature of this game! Great job!
Hey! I gave it a spin — sadly, for some reason the WASD controls didn’t work for me, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the gameplay. Might be some kind of bug — I can share more details about my setup if that helps.
That said, the soundtrack and sound design are really solid and fit the chaotic vibe well. Visual effects are also pretty nice overall and add to the atmosphere.
Shame I couldn’t dash around blasting stuff, but the style and audio definitely show you had fun making it. Hope you keep developing it — feels like there’s a lot of potential here!
Very simple yet very addicting. I like it.
Sometimes you just have to trust the cover of a game.
got sent to 2005 with these graphics and gameplay, and I loved it!
