This was a cute game! I finally learned how a bear shits in the woods. I do think you might've gone too big with it, I wandered around for quite a while and despite finding both a microwave and a toilet, I only got one of the ten sodas. I would've appreciated either a smaller map, or a smaller number of sodas to get (without reducing the total amount.)

I liked the atmosphere that the game creates, and the sounds are scary!
I was very spooked by this game! You did a great job finding a balance between scares and this unnerving hunt for the cans. The music was also exceptional, and I enjoyed the player sprite's movement. I agree with a lot of the comments below (size of the space / the volume of the monster's scream), but I also had one small comment as well. A few times I spawned near the outer edge and had a hard time finding what was and what wasn't the out of bounds zone for the game. I think this had to do with the same ground tile across the entire map. Maybe having some sort of visual cue for the out of bounds (maybe a fence, or a wall of trees) would help. But I had a lot of fun playing and thank you for sharing your game!
Hey, I really loved this game! One question, would you happen to know of a tutorial link on how to create that lighting affect where the player can only see in a small radius around them? I was planning on making that happen for another game jam I'm in but I can't seem to find any info on how to perform the task. Thanks!

Eerie atmosphere, I enjoyed the DarkWood style halo of light around the character that makes it feel claustrophobic.
This is a neat survival horror collectathon! The atmosphere is executed well and I like the forest setting, torch lighting and the creepy sound effects that punctuate the atmospheric background hum. The use of flavor through 'easter eggs' is a useful inclusion that added some variety and motivation to find the cans. The monster is a weird, unnerving effigy crossed with something organic and terrible!
As far as feedback, I think the biggest thing is just that the game world is very large and traversing it with a static enemy that doesn't really 'chase' insofar as it materialises near you can limit the pacing. One idea could be to have batteries for the torch that slowly run out! Other than that maybe a bit more unpredictability in enemy behaviour could be a useful way to program a monster too.

Fun little game. Nice audio work but the abrasive enemy sound is a little too loud. I like the artwork and the mood of the cult-y area. I was a little confused about if all 10 sodas spawn at once or if they gradually spawn as you pick them up. Also I found a sock. Good sock.
