An interesting idea! The art style is also quite impressive :)
I only wish for some tutorial in the beginning! And maybe a way to guess how to make good insults from the game itself instead of color coding! (like there can be character bios that give some insights which topics will work for them). So you could rely only on your own logic or intuition :)

Technically we kind of went for that, since the blue words for Elon for example are intellect-based insults while Trump is Visual/Physical etc.
Using some info sheets layed out in the overworld or something with character info could be a reeeeally nice addition though. Thank you for the input!
I have played your game few times. The idea is good, i like games with choose mechanic. UI is a little bit not intuitive, because i dont know why i am dying. Art is great, would be also nice if you could add your voices of how you spell those phrases)

It somehow reminded me of Tales of Monkey Island, where you sometimes had to insult your way through situations. Absolutely amazing art style!

I really, really like the Artstyle and a nice take on “broken” in connection to todays politics. I found the game mechanics a bit confusing and didn’t really know what to do.
If people have some energy left for this project maybe we could add a little tutorial 👀
The art in this game is absolutely gorgeous! The colors and design really stand out and fit the vibe so well. The debates are fun, but I couldn't stop admiring the visuals. Great job on that!

Love the carricatures of current day... very sadly influential persons... lets call them that. Reminds me of Oh! Sir! The Insult simulator, wich is a really funny game.

Really unique and awesome artstyle. Took me a second to understand that I can move using W/A/S/D :D It's not quite evident to me which insult performs best which makes the game a little bit hard at times.
