i would be happy if you would try it out its the main mechanic of the game
if you have a heart your blood stat is increased to a max of 10, every organ uses a fixed amount of blood if your max blood is higher than the used blood the organs work.
the lung for example buffs your movement speed and the muskle your damage
also different weapons are diffrentliy easy to use you can switch with 1-4
the combat system will improve, we are working on it. i find it quite unintuitive
