Well done man, this such a great game, you have a tone of potential!

good job man, keep it up!

If you’re still interested, adding it to your Steam wishlist would help a lot.

If you’re still into it, adding CHARK to your Steam wishlist would really help me out!

Hey GingeJMD! You left me that big, thoughtful comment a while back thank you. If the game still interests you, it would really help me as the developer if you added CHARK to your Steam wishlist

Hey Shadow! You once left a review saying you loved the game thank you so much for that. We’ve now got a Steam page, and if you’re open to supporting me as the developer, adding CHARK to your wishlist would really help with visibility. This step is super important to me, and your help would mean a lot!

If you’d like to support the game, adding CHARK to your Steam wishlist would help a ton!!!

Good job!<3

thank you so much, we will!

Thank you for the constructive feedback. Your points are fair, we’ll take them on board. Your analysis won’t go to waste, it’s exactly this kind of input that helps indie games get better, thank you.

I’m impressed by what roguelikes can do. I played Depth of Mind, a JRPG-style roguelike about diving into human consciousness. You assemble a strong team to overcome mental illness. Even in its current version, the game has solid replayability. I recommend it!

Good job, man! Love the concept

Yes, absolutely, we’re already working on it. The game has huge potential, the only issue for now is finding a publisher(

Congratulations on your win. I will continue to update the game!

I have a lot of plans for what I want to change first. First of all, I want to fix all the bugs, get rid of the Balatro style, and make the game more unique, and of course add depth to the mechanics. I have some concepts, I don’t want to show them fully, but I think this might give a hint;)

I’ll keep going. Thank you very much, and congratulations on your win!:)

Thank you very much for the feedback, and I will definitely fix this. Sorry for the issue the game was made in 7 days, and right now I can’t fix bugs because I’m participating in the jam and can’t update/push the game build

Thank you so much:)

You really made me think about whether I truly need a publisher, or if I should try to do everything myself

oh okay, got it know, sorry!

Hello, first of all, thank you for the big feedback. I can basically agree with everything except the part that it feels like Gambonanza. I don’t understand what you mean if you played that game or at least watched its gameplay, these are two different games with completely different mechanics and gameplay. The fact that both are chess and both use a Balatro-style look does not mean they are the same game. In any case, thank you very much for the feedback, I will try to fix everything after the jam

God, thank you so much. The game was made in just 7 days, so it doesn’t even 20% of what I’d like it to have. I hope to sign a contract with a publisher and release a full-fledged game with better, more beautiful visuals, many more customization options for the chess pieces, more cookies, and so on. Thank you very much for this feedback; it means a lot to me!

Thank you for such incredible feedback; it’s very nice for me to see that you went to the trouble to write this. This is really true, and I will definitely listen to it. Thanks again, after the jam I will try to fix everything!

Hello, thank you very much for the feedback. It happened that I was participating in a game jam, and because of this I simply cannot fix everything right now. But I will definitely fix it after the jam. Also, the reason for this is that the game was made by me alone in 7 minutes, but that’s not an excuse. I will definitely fix everything. Sorry again!

It’s actually a pretty funny story. I thought I was the first to come up with this idea and bring it to life. When I started sharing it with friends, I realized such games already existed. But thank you very much I’m glad I managed to bring it to the masses!

We’ve reached a new milestone: 1 million impressions. For me, this is something crazy it’s even hard to grasp and believe this number, achieved in just 4 days. I’m incredibly grateful to fate and to all of you who play my game, leave comments, and make this possible. It means a lot to me, and I’m insanely grateful, and I’m doing everything I can to make the game even better. Thank you all.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! For me, the theme “Risk it for Biscuit” is central. Biscuits (and their variations) are a required resource—without them you literally cannot progress. The king plays and takes risks each round specifically to earn money, buy more biscuits/sweets, and push further. So the core loop is risk taken in order to reach more biscuits, which is why I believe it fits the theme

Hello everyone, sorry that I can’t reply to each person, because there are so many comments. It’s incredibly pleasant for me; I read every single one, and it’s incredibly nice to read all of this. For me it’s an incredible honor; honestly, I was absolutely not ready for this. I’m very glad that you like the game, and I will keep working on it and try to make it as good as possible. Thank you to everyone who supports me and to those who rate the game honestly. I love you all very much—you are the best!

haha, thank you so much)

I am not sure, but I don’t think so

I will recommend you to read a tutorial:)

Thank you very much for your comment; I will definitely take this feedback into account and make the pieces a bit brighter!

Yes, that’s 100% I have a lot of ideas on how to develop the game after the jam time passes. I hope to find a publisher so that all this goes more stably and to be more confident. But, in any case, we wil make it better. Thank you very much for your comment!

Yes, I am;)

Congratulation man!!! Good job and thank you so much!

Thank you to everyone who played, left a comment, or rated the game. Seeing it featured and watching how people play already means the world to me. I’m looking for a publisher so I can bring it to Steam and keep building it with a small team. I want you to see the best version possible. I’ll keep giving it everything I have. Thank you for being here you’re the best!

Incredible work with the sort, not bad music, and in general you only want to praise the game. But there are small downsides. I say this not out of malice, but so that you can fix it in the future. For example, there is not enough polishing. For example, when I collect some items, for some reason there is no sound. In general, with the sounds there is some problem, but nothing terrible. As it is, the game is good. And I would like to keep track of the ship a little bit more. But in any case, an excellent game for 7 days, well done

Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to polish the game to perfection, and there are still a couple of bugs in it. I apologize for this, I will definitely fix them after the jam and make the game even better. And I plan to bring it to Steam, so... expect it. And thank you for your comment!

I put a special function that if you are cornered and you cannot make a move in any way, then the script would automatically make a discard. Most likely you just had a situation where you were cornered and therefore could play only one card. But I am not sure, maybe this is a bug. I will try to fix everything after the end of the jam. Sorry for this and thank you for your comment!

To be honest, I think so too. I will try to fix this bug after the jam. Thank you very much!
