Very polished entry, cute graphics, and a pretty unique idea!
It was a little difficult to get the hang of, and Level 5 was particularly brutal, but I made it through.
I really loooove what you did with the wind direction, both mechanically and the way it was represented. Great execution!
I also like the way the scores were displayed, lovely touch that really makes the game feel next level even if it's kind of a small thing.

Oh by the way, as a fellow Godot user, might I suggest adding Numpad support next time? My keyboard doesn't do arrow keys easily so I was stuck with WASD ZX which is sort of awkward to play with. (I'm surprised it wasn't supported because I thiiiiink we used the same Nokia template). At the very least some alternatives to ZX on the other side of the keyboard might have made sense if WASD was included.

Final scores: 750, 500, 240, 310, 490, 510, 270, 440

Thanks so much for your feedback! I am so happy you liked and you played all levels, those are great scores!

You're absolutely right about the alternative controls, I should have thought of that. I haven't used the template this year just copied the shader and the upscaling. Next year I'll be more careful with controls!

managed to finish it!

i liked playing this one, was relaxing despite being actually challenging in the last levels, cute graphics, nice mechanics like the wind one, good interpretation of the theme, overall a great entry!

Short, sweet, and undeniably wholesome. What more could you ask for?

I loved this concept, I especially loved the humans' reactions to the snowmen being built, that was probably my favorite part :) Really loved the artwork too!

Developer

Thanks so much! I am glad you enjoyed it :)

I found the game very creative and matching the theme of the jam. The wind mechanic interfering with gameplay was very good. The game was very good, one of the best I've tried so far.

Thanks, I am glad you liked it that much!

Really fun! You managed to add a surprising amount of mechanical depth for such a short game. And the premise felt pretty novel. Kudos for the addition of unique music, too!

Developer

Thank you so much, I am glad you liked and thanks for the kind words :) I also liked your game (more in the comments there)!

Fun game and surprisingly tricky on level 5! I enjoyed building the snowmen most :D The snowflakes as an indicator of wind works really well. Bob Ross would approve of this happy little cloud.

Developer

Aw, thank you! The snowmen are my favorites, too :) I am glad you liked it!

👏 congrats for your game! I love how you keep things very visible by inverting color regarding the background: the snow ball turn to black with a white background and white if not: this is smart! How did you get this idea?

Developer

Thanks! I just wanted it to be visible, but it's only a trick: the sprite is made of 2 pixels, one white and one black below it, but pssst, don't tell anyone :)

omg. That's smart. I wouldn't have noticed without your comment.
