It's like Whack a Mole but more complicated (and on a Nokia 3310)!

Smooth AF animation, proper tutorial and difficulty curve, and cute characters. I have soldered a couple of boards while in uni and I can say the game capture the precision and satisfaction of soldering accurately.

I want to play this game forever, 10/10.

Thank you!!
I'm glad someone understands just what makes circuit boards so pesky 😆

Great idea and really well executed! All feels very polished, with loads of little details. Character design and animation has abit of a WarioWare vibe, which is definitely a complement. Well done!

This is so cool - the art, music, and animations are such high quality!

I managed to get to about 500 :D

Thanks so so much for the kind words! The 1bit art was absolutely a struggle to understand at first, but it seems like all that trial and error (lots of error lol) paid off seemingly :)

And gosh I wish we had time to implement an actual leaderboard.. you would definitely be in the top ranks w/ a score like that!!

So fun! And I loved the artwork style as well! Had a really good time playing this one, thoroughly impressed!

Developer

Thanks so much! I'm not usually in charge of the art so the positive reception is really great to see :]

Excellent game, I found the beginning very inventive.

The only thing I missed was some initial levels to introduce the mechanics and rhythm of the game.

Developer

Thanks! The beginning is definitely my favorite part of the whole game hehe

And thank you for the additional feedback. I do wish we used our "tutorial cutscene" in the beginning as well, but time constraints didn't allow for it sadly! It could totally benefit from that though. We'll keep that in mind for future projects; very easy to get wrapped up in your own mechanics to the point where you don't know how new players will respond.

👏 the rendering is impressive. It looks like a real Nokia 3310 game!

Developer

Thanks! I can't take much credit though, ahah. It's modified from a Game Boy shader that Goofy Gourd put together (with Ocramius' dot matrix portion doing a lot of the lifting)

Incredible game. The art, music, gameplay and everything else is amazing. The concept is incredibly unique. Its was a bit hard but extremely fun. Hope this game wins the jam.

Thanks so much!

A fun little game, I love the graphics, it is very cute! Those pesky little components are way faster than my reaction time but still got a bunch of them! I'm sure I'd have been addicted to this on a real Nokia 3310 :)

Thank you!

My biggest hope is that in an alternate universe someone is addicted to it on their Nokia 3310 so that's high praise!
