Beautiful world. I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum dare 42 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look

Hi !
Your game was really beautiful. The gameplay is great and interresting !
I find the music a little simple like I was missing something but I changed my mind when I went next to the birds and little notes were there !
Great job !

Developer

Thanks! Yeah, the game flow could definitely be improved, but I'm glad you still enjoyed it ^_^

I think I'm not patient enough for this game.

Developer

Fair, haha

Hey! I just wanted to let you know that a video of one of my playthrough/reviews is up and you're a part of it!
Take a look here:

Really cool game overall!  I got three birds sorta except the last bird was being sassy and no matter how I tried he would NOT join the flock... Maybe bug?  I dunno

Music was cool, graphics maybe a bit harsh overall but not tooo too bad

Awesome work!

Developer

Yo, thanks for playing and especially streaming! I've gotta say it's really cool (and sometimes frustrating when there are problems) to see other people play my game.

I watched your playthrough and I would agree that that bird had an unnecessary amount of sass, haha.

But actually, it had some weird behaviour that I thought I had fixed so maybe it was a bug? I dunno

[As a side note, you can fly slower by holding SPACE. Something that I obviously haven't made clear enough :S]

I sorta wondered if I was slower when I held space but it wasn't super obvious, thanks for clearing that up!  ANd yeah, stuff happens, no big, still a really cool game overall =D Even if the birds are sassy

Hey, what an awesome game! The visuals drew me in instantly. I love how the music evolved as you progressed throughout the game. Great work!

Developer

Great to hear you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing!

Loved the visuals and music. This game lulled me to sleep with its relaxing music however I struggled with the goal of finding the birds.

Developer

Yeah, most of the time was spent on the visuals and music, so the game design is admittedly weak, sorry. Hope you enjoyed the experience though! :D

This is a very relaxing game! The visuals are wonderful, and I like how the music dynamically evolve. Great job!

Developer

Awesome! Glad you liked it!

Visuals are very nice and the music fits very nicely; it feels like flying around a Roger Dean poster!

The actual gameplay is extremely limited; there are no real clues so you're just flying around randomly.

Other than sounding good and matching the graphics in tone, the music doesn't seem to have any purpose in the game.

Developer

Yeah, it was kind of originally designed as more of a visualizer so the game design is admittedly weak.

The lost birds are essentially instrumental parts of the song that fill out the song when you collect them.

But thanks for the feedback!

Developer

Also, I just looked up Roger Dean and you're so right - that's really cool
