It was good.

My recommendations would be to give the player a circular collider (so you don't get stuck on buildings) and have some kind of health system for the player.

t's cool game but too long and i lost because enemy spawned next to portal so that's bug

Great simple game. I do wish that the difficulty increased a bit faster, and getting stuck on buildings was kind of annoying. It took a little over 50 kills for the game to become more challenging and more interesting for me to play personally.

Great for a first game! For some improvements, it could be a bit faster paced, maybe with the player moving faster and having to kill fewer enemies to win.

Really simple but good game. The controls for attacking are a little bit awkward but the game works and runs fine. Good entry :)

Thank you for playing it on your stream and giving me tips.

I really liked your game! I think the game could be improved with the user attacking in the direction of the mouse. Other than that, Great Job! :D

Developer

Thank you, that's a good idea. I'm going to try to implement it.

Good submission! I did find I was getting stuck on the houses a lot, and I agree with Branno's feedback too.

Grats for making your first game.
So for the music issue. I think you are using Audio2D. This plays on 1 side of the ear. Make sure you use the regular audio player, not the 2D one. Or it's an import setting.

There is also the stutter between changing scenes. (I have this issue as well, would like to know how to fix this for HTML5 imports, seems to work fine of Windows).

I picked up 2 other things.

The attack defaults to the left side. I think what would have been great is if you made a variable to store the position you were moving and then base of the attack off that.

In addition, i would add the change scene for the ghosts a bit closer to the edge of screen. For about 10 seconds i thought the game was bugged.

Thanks for all your tips, and thanks for playing my game. It's really exciting having random people  play your game. I understand all the tips except the last one. What do you mean with scene for the ghosts? Do you mean the first 2 intro scenes? And 1 more question do you make your games with godot?

Submitted(+1)

I make my games with godot as well. And i just mean the intro screens. Where you enter town and they tell you to fight the ghosts. I had to walk a bit off screen to start the game. I'm guessing i hit a change scene?

Fun and simple game! there are a view bugs but that is understandable for such a short period of time to make a game
