I tried on my laptop and it was very very hard as the moment you start you got hit by plenty of ennemies. I'll give another try with my computer. I love the thumbnail and the graphics design. It runs smoothly but I got some lags at the end after I died. I don't know really why.

And I think I missed some points in the gameplay about the meter.

Really like the art style & overall polish. Maybe another attack power would have been good like a blast effect or something. But considering this was done in a short amount of time well done.

Great sprites, fun atmosphere. I'd like to see gameplay a little faster and bouncier, but over all, I like this!

I found the game entertaining, but it felt a bit too simple after I found out you can just walk in circles. We only had 3 days to make a game though, so I don’t think that’s a bad thing. Overall good work!

Nice game! The graphics definitely compliment the idea of the game well! However, the game itself is a bit clunky to play. I don't like how you move the same speed as the enemies, since it just makes you feel super slow & heavy.

I was confused on how the healthbar worked when I was playing. I assume that when you shoot or get hit it drains, & you have to keep it from depleting? Maybe some explanation in the description would be nice.

Also, the game feels pretty dry to play. Adding in some screenshake, frame freeze, & juicy SFX would make it much more fun to just kill enemies. Overall though, good job!

Great art, animations, and sounds. Solid gameplay too but once you understand how the game functions you are able to just keep going. After I hit 1k points I had to end myself hah. I think it could benefit from being easier to start and becoming progressively more difficult. Another thing was that I wasn't sure what overloading was doing for a while so maybe having the effects of it be more exaggerated but other than that great stuff :)

Thank you for your thoughts about the game. We wanted to have it more difficult over time. Also we planned to have more then one room. There is a bug that anables you to walk on the hole map.

Nice game. I would have added a dash so I could keep my distance from the enemies but I suppose keeping the enemies close was intentional. Good job overall.

It was a bit difficult at the start when I was running out of ammo, but once I got my first overload it was smooth sailing.

Love the art! I really like the color pallete. I think the game is also pretty fun! It lags a little bit for me, but that's probably a problem on my end. It's also pretty easy to see what's going on, something that sometimes is pretty difficult in these kinds of games!

https://bertie00.itch.io/ did the art. We all worked together for the first time. Yes we wanted to have caos in the game but without overwhelming the Player. Sorry that it lags for you. It does not lag for us. Maybe a exe would be good too!?

The graphics were great, I really loved them, especially with that colour scheme! It was very easy to understand what to do as well, so good job on communicating that with the player. I liked the fact that there were two types of enemy too - it's nice to see variety like that. It'd be nice if the slow ones were a bit more threatening, since it was pretty easy to kite around them and group them into one big horde - maybe let them sprint in bursts, or change the AI pathing a bit? - but I still love how they looked and it's much better than having nothing but fast enemies! The music was awesome as well, really fit with the feel of the game. Great work, it was a good game!

Gameplay concept is pretty straightforward - stay away from those dirty dopers! I really enjoyed the graphics on this one, cyberpunk settings definitely work well with the theme for the jam. Music is pretty good too. Blasting large swaths of nerds feels pretty good after overloading them. Could've used some more sounds, but overall nice work dude!
