Did you work in a team?
I was all alone, it was funny cause I got to make everything such as code, level design, sprite art, music, etc... :D
Was the resolution a challenge?
Yea finding a game idea that would fit such a small space was hard and I had to scrap many ideas, but in the end I guess I found something that worked well enough.
What did you learn?
It was nice having to come up with solutions for such a small space, I think it in particular improved my way of spriting pixel art.

The art and juice is great, could see this as a mobile game. Some sections were a little harder to dodge the sun especially when you're only travelling vertically.
The polish on this is incredible.
My only gripe was that the scale of the character combined with its speed make for a quite disorienting experience, but I do feel like the somewhat merciful amount of dangerous obstacles —at least near the beginning of levels— counterbalance this somewhat. Zooming out helped quite a bit though!
Overall a really really solid entry. You should feel proud!!
i very much enjoyed this game, a fantastic submission! very good game and ammount of polish from a solo dev!
So juicy! So polished! So adorable! An all-around awesome entry.
+1 for the voices :)
Incredible! There is so much in this game and so much to love. The fast pace and the feeling of the controls is close to perfection. The visual design is superb and the voice acting is sublime :D Top marks.
I would love to know how you get that super smooth looking trail behind Birdmo.
I gotta say, I got pretty into this one! Pretty tight controls all around and it's really satisfying to see Birdmo swing from one obstacle to the next, great stuff all around!
Also as a quick question, what did you use to get that announcer voice?
Nice game, and tough! I love Birdmo’s design, the lil’ guy has a lot of personality (for a bird :P) Agreed that on some high speed moments the camera can feel a bit jumpy and dizzying, but 64x64 just is like that. Gameplay is fun and invites to try again and again and again… trying to beat your own score. Wonderful entry!
Looks great, sounds great and plays beautifully. Totally solid entry!
BIRDMO!
Incredible game, I love the little bird thing. Awesome job !!!
