Simple concept but pretty polished execution. I like the little changes between levels and the ending. Maybe you can add a per level score list on the end.

Did you work in a team?
This was my first solo game! Only thing I didn't do was the music/sound effects. I've made a few prototypes in the past, all which I abandoned, so to have been able to create something (in about 3 days even!) was incredibly rewarding. It really makes me want to make more and better things!
Was the resolution a challenge?
The sprites to me were quite a challenge: how do you make certain objects look good in such a small resolution? I made a few collectibles for example, but I'm still kind of convinced they look like random cylinders.
I also struggled quite a bit with the resolution settings in Unity. In the end I think I got it working, but it still was quite a pain to get right. Something with the viewport didn't work as intended and the UI was all over the place.
What did you learn?
I entered the jam to finally finish a game and try my hand at pixel art. I learned how to import sprites, animations, certain coding tricks and overall some game design things. Testing out the game I had envisioned showed me some obvious problems (it wasn't fun enough, or too hard). I wasn't prepared for this at all!
Next time I enter a jam like this (or any jam) I really want to get to the development part as soon as possible. I made myself a design document (this sounds too fancy: I just wrote and drew some ideas down ) and spent too much figuring out the mechanics (and the story) without actually touching Unity at all. End result: I didn't start development until 3 days before the deadline, oops!
