The player is stuck in a time loop, but with a twist: he can see the past versions of himself. To break the loop, he must strategize and use his past actions to solve the puzzles.

Great and fun idea!
Some small issues here and there like it being really small on a 4k screen and sometimes it's not clear what is happening. Like sometimes ghosts seem to be doing different things, one just kept running into a wall and such. A lower gravity would be nice, it has the same suddenness as Super Mario Land 1, many games have a lower gravity and a speed limit for a smoother experience.
Nice! A Godot download my computer will not blackscreen for once. Maybe it's getting less picky.
This was a fun idea for a game. The character felt a bit tiny to me, but that might be a personal preference. I noticed sometimes a ghost was blocking a laser, but I would still die if I tried to walk through the ghost, yet I could jump through the laser itself and survive.
Gotta say ghosts copying the player's movements must have been a very complex mechanic to pull off for a short jam. Good job!
A fun little puzzle game!
The concept of solving puzzles using your past ghosts was nice and well executed. You came up with some fun challenges.
Controls worked well and the pixel art was also nice.
It might be helpful to show how many ghosts you have left to use. I also noticed that sometimes I still died even when a ghost was blocking a laser—probably some minor collision detection issues.
On my 4K screen, everything looked a bit small, but it was still playable.
SFX were included, and the upbeat soundtrack fit well. However, I noticed that the background music stopped playing after a while—perhaps a small bug? The theme was integrated...check.
Overall, a solid jam entry! Keep up the great work! 👻🧩🔥
First of all, I want to congratulate you on the mechanic you implemented, I genuinely found it really fun and unique. While I’ve seen similar games that also use ghosts, this is the first time I’ve seen one that uses five to solve puzzles.
I read your story on the game’s page, and I found it really engaging and perfectly aligned with the atmosphere, setting, and overall concept of the game. It grabbed my attention and made me want to learn more.
During gameplay, I ran into some minor collision issues, but since there was always a way to die and reset the level, it wasn’t really a problem. That kind of thing is pretty common, especially with such a tight deadline.
One visual feedback element that could enhance the player’s experience is showing how many clone uses are left. At some point, a player might get confused about how many attempts they actually have remaining. It only happened to me once when I was dashing quickly, and it apparently caused a bug where multiple clones were created at the same time.
Another interesting idea, if you plan to continue working on the project, would be to give each clone its own distinct "path" color based on its number. For example, the first clone could be red, and its predefined path would follow its trajectory until it disappears. The second could be yellow, the third blue, the fourth green, and so on. This would help players identify which clone is about to follow a certain path, making it easier to plan their next moves.
This idea would be especially useful for larger levels, as it could help balance difficulty and enjoyment. If you continue developing the game, it would be a great way to prevent players from forgetting their previous trajectories and dying due to small mistakes.
Without a doubt, this is a great game! I’m genuinely interested in how you implemented the ghost system, could you share what programming logic or techniques you used? I’d really appreciate any insights.
I truly had fun playing your game and found it very engaging. Congratulations on your project, and best of luck in the jam!
Consider making future games playable in a browser, especially if you participate in a game jam. This makes it easier for players to try out your game without the extra step of downloading and you will get more ratings and feedback. Visually, the game looks nice, though the size of the assets feels a bit small (maybe this is also just a problem of mine?) Maybe scaling it up would improve the experience...
The core idea is solid and fits the theme well! However, the difficulty progression is quite steep, with level 2 already being much harder than expected. This could make it frustrating for some players. A smoother difficulty curve would help keep engagement high. Also, consider using text styles and UI that fit the overall game. Overall, it’s a great concept, and I hope you keep refining and expanding on it!
The concept is nice, keep improving it

A bit buggy as said before me, the loop sometimes just did its own thing. But the game is very interesting. Having a it a bit more zoomed in would be preferable to me. And a pet peeve of mine is when doing a jam try to have a webbuild. I see you used Godot if you used gdscript you should be able to export for web. I usually am on Linux and it makes it so much easier that i don't need to download/scan for viruses/unpack/run and play.
Glade you took the rick 13 is unlucky.
Fun game! I really like seeing all my guys running around, and I appreciate having a lot of levels. It's a bit buggy though, sometimes my guys wouldn't repeat after me exactly. Also, I got softlocked in one of the levels with two doors, and there seemed to be no way to restart without being killed, which was a bit frustrating. Still, I enjoyed my time with the game. Well done!
Thank you for the feedback! Love that you found bugs! We did find the bugs during testing phase, but we didnt have enough time to fix some of them. Nonetheless, we appreciate that this game was enjoyable enough to you despite of the annoying bugs.
some pretty fun puzzles, and an awesome concept. Only complaint is that I can't expand the screen and have the game get bigger to fit my monitor
Thank you for the insight! That is definitely something to consider in the future
