Game Description
You are an adventurer climbing down a dungeon. The dungeon is very old and the ruckus you are causing is making it collapse. You only have one minute to get through each floor before it collapses. Every floor you go down the dungeon curses you making it harder to survive.

How does your game tie into the theme?
As you get farther into the dungeon you get more and more cursed

Perhaps give longer to get through Level 1 (2 mins or so?) then reduce the time for each further floor. That would give a player time to get the flavour of the game before the time limit gets too short.

Other than that, nicely implemented. I like the continuous shooting - slightly reminiscent of the original Llamatron.

Managed to get to floor 3 before a curse of reload speed got me.  I was getting to the stairs with like 5 seconds to go each time so it felt pretty exciting.  Showing the enemy spawns is a good idea because it stops the player getting annoyed if an enemy spawns where they are standing and also gives you a chance to kill the enemy before they have a chance to attack.

Art style is very nice too, just wish the enemies and floor weren't so similarly coloured so I could see them better.

Neat usage of the curse theme, had fun going across the floors

A fun game, I love the idea of the curses applying to you as you progress!  nice game

Liked the binding of isaac style room layout! I did something similar in my submission.

Shooting was both fun and challenging. I couldn't get to the ending (if there is one) because I kept getting stuck with the doors bug, I gave it a few tries and got to room 4 I think (so a highscore of 3) and then lost to the time!

I would've liked for the player to have a bit more time than 1 minute, sometimes it felt like I was going as fast as I could and still lost.

I think besides those 2 issues the game is great! the curses add spice to it, the enemies are satisfying to kill, it would be awesome if it had a bit of particles or knockback when shots land, but as it stands, it's a pretty solid entry!

This was a solid top down  shooter!  Music  was catchy and matched  the game. I  liked that I could  see where  the enemies would  spawn next.

Fun little game but the timer seemed a little too extreme. The art was cute and the music was nice. I think some sound effects to the gun would have added that little extra oomph to the game.

A fun game, though I found it brutally difficult with that tight timer.

I love the idea of the curses applying to you as you progress! I like how, perhaps unintentionally, the Curse of Bad Aim is actually a buff for me. Made it much easier to progress!

Overall a great entry, well done!

Nice debuff system! Time is pretty tight, but it makes for intense/aggressive gameplay.

I would've never thought about just using debuffs for a game. This is genius. On the other hand, I would've wanted more feedback on when I get hit, but that's not too bad. Great entry!

A game of downgrades.  How have I not played this mechanic before?  This was fun.  Well done!
