Very nice looking game and also very engaging! I really liked how the current weapon that was randomly rolled affected my choice of upgrades. My only critique would be that more feedback like screenshake and particles when killing enemies would add a lot to the game.

Hi, thank you for the comment as well the feedback! We would definitely add more juice if we had time but we overscoped ourselves(knowingly), pushed ourselves to the limit, and run out of time. But we will definitely prioritize the juice more in the future, thank you!

Nice game mechanic, it make player adapt the strategy every few period, the graphic is good.

Colour palette is simplistic and beautiful, it also makes it really easy to distinguish enemies. I found I became too overpowered too soon though. Maybe there could be more dice action with cards, like rolling a dice determines the stats a card will give. Or the enemy spawn rate could just ramp faster.

The game is fun especially the first minute or two, but after that there needs to be more difficulty.

Very cool artstyle! I've seen the concept to make the weapon random already, but with the kind of weapons and I found it got a different spin. I only have had more enemy types, like one shooting or so. Nevertheless great game!

I love this game! It was really fun! my only criticism is that the player is was way too fast, which resulted in the player being able to outrun the enemies. I think you should add a ranged enemy or one that makes other enemies faster to compesate for it. overall, really great game! One of my favorite in this jam!

This game looks great. I really liked the art style and variety of enemies and weapons. It's reminiscent of Vampire Survivors with a bit more RNG involved due to the weapon constantly changing. Controls are also very smooth. My only problem was that the health and progress bars weren't showing on my screen. Other than that, good job!

Kept accidentally clicking upgrades before I realized they were available! Game is buttery smooth though and the artwork is awesome. Love the screen transition

I mainly just upgraded area size and damage and enemies just werent able to keep up :P More hordes pls! Loved the visual style!

Visuals are classic "indie game". Good color palette. 

Gameplay is a survival shooter with randomized upgrades. Think vampire survivor, but with game pieces. 

This genre is tried and true, but the "Roll the Dice" mechanic doesn't feel particularly strong here. You could just have RNG without the dice and the game is more or less the same.

Thank you for playing our game and giving us constructive criticism!  We struggled with this theme and it took us 10 hours to even come up with this, so we are aware the dice mechanic isn't that strong. 

In my opinion, dice throwing at least gives the player time to rest in the later game where the upgrades aren't that frequent, and it also depicts what ability the player gets and lets him read a bit about how it works if that makes sense.
