How does your game fit the theme?
I used a lot of randomness, and I used dice in place of traditional number displays. I have a dice role mechanic which decides the power ups you can earn in game. I was trying to think of a concept for risk/reward, but I thought of this instead.

Did your team create the vast majority of the art during the 48 hours?

Very nice concept! I also really liked the art! Good job!

I liked the concept of this game. Also, nice and simple graphics.

Took a little to understand how to play and what my objectives were.

Yeah my main feedback seems to be that the game was confusing. I think an animation in the games (fake) loading screen could show a snippet of someone playing the game. That way I could keep the game simple (no stupid tutorial), while also turning a useless joke feature (loading screen) into something useful.

Long time I try to understand what's going on, but after I realized. Super game!

A very interesting idea and a cool take on the theme! I found the game a bit confusing at first, and felt very overwhelmed by the number of buildings you have to keep track of. The audio and sound effects were right on tho, and the graphics were simple yet effective.

Love how chaotic it gets. Wish there were a clearer indication when a building's number gets too low.

Developer

I planned to add some sort of sound cue when a building gets too low. But I guess the idea escaped me when it was time to implement all the things I left to last minute :(

the keyboard mashing contrasts really well with the calm ambience

Developer

Yeah, I thought it'd be nice like that. Sometimes with fast paced music can be a little jarring.

Great little game. The constant mashing of my keyboard to move the character around provided a fun chaotic experience.
