Really cute !!! Such a simple idea! I would have added the time counter visible to the player, maybe in a corner, to make the player feel more engaged. Also, it's annoying that sometimes the player gets stuck at the corners of the tiles. Wonderful idea overall!!! :D

the game is quite fun and the concept is also quite interesting
its hard to memorize how the dice attacks but its easy to avoid them by running in circles
the game doesnt get any harder after a while so its kind of boring
some parts of the map also look a bit glitched

I found it a bit boring after a minute but the idea is neat. I could've run from the dice indefinetively but... that would just waste my time since it's not really that fun for longer periods of time. BUT and here comes the potential: This game with the right creative mindset can evolved into a gread survival experience! Also the artstyle is very good. 2/3/5

Thanks a lot for your feedback! We probably won't do that but imagine a 20 faces dice with a projectile attack at each multiple of 2 and a boost of the dice on the other faces ? 👀 Haha, just kidding.. but imagine tho ?

I really enjoyed this game! The art was great, the sound effects were very good, and the whole thing felt very polished! The only thing I would ask for would be a bigger map, but the map size is fine as it is! 5 stars for all catagories!

I laugh sometimes playing this hahahaha is just fun die for a giant dice, really nice ideas you had. While running, i just wanted to attract the dice for the spikes to kill it. I know it was not the intention, but with more time to develop could be a nice addition.

Yeah, we considered adding ways to "fight back" using terrain early in brainstorming but we had to cut it to limit the scope of the game to stay in 48h time frame

Hm, arts and animations are AMAZING! But gameplay is... First & second attempts are really interesting, but next attempts became more and more boring and boring. Btw, cool work, men :3

Ok that was a lot of fun

My highest score was 130 seconds.

It got a little easy once I figured out a strategy so I'd say the only thing it needs is progressive difficulty. Maybe make it roll faster or something. The 5 also needs to have a larger radius of attack.

The visuals were nice and the gameplay was intense though. Great job. I really enjoyed it!

absolutely love the art style!!!

i think u should have changed the faces of the die to the art for the effects themselves cause it was confusing at first but eventually i figured out that 4 means spikes etc but i think it would have helped for the player to immediately tell what was going on. great effort tho!

That's something we considered. The idea keeping dots was to have players remember "ok 1 is on the opposite side à 6" to give them a chance for side manipulation. But this would have needed more playtests I think

This was really fun, I like this interpretation of the theme, and cool title! The art style was very cool too, the level transition animation was great! Some of the abilities were less effective that others, I ended up dying to the same few each time.

Also not really part of the game, but the presentation of the itch page is very nice!

Which were the abilities killing you each time ? We didn't have much time to balance them but it's clear that some are weaker (especially 5...)

The spikes, the jump and laser were the ones that killed me most. Rocket got me a few times as well, but plasma and speed probably need a buff.
