How does your game fit the theme?
Our little house cat, Gunther, always has to return to the same tile he started the lap from in order to complete the level, making the whole thing one big, and oftentimes confusing loop. Also, there's loop-ception with small loops being part of the big loop.

(Optional) What would you like to be called if GMTK features your game?
Vicious Fishes

A cat and his mecha !

I was pretty fun holding all those keys at once. You had an idea and made very good exploitation of all the various mechanics you could have, well done !

Great use of the keyboard! Had a great time struggling. It's the kind of difficulty that makes you want to prove to yourself you can do it!

BTW, I had to skip the level controlled by Left & Right Shift because, at least in the browser, it wouldn't process the inputs correctly and platforms would get "stuck" in one position.

Great combination of planning and finger twisting. Had a lot of fun and I loved the little details like jet engines mounted to the side of the road tiles to hold them up... at least in theory. (-:

Very amazing :D

I was not expecting this and I love it ^^ I pressed all the wrong buttons and it GETS VERY OVERWHELMING eventually haha

Finger salad aside very cute art and very good execution on the puzzle element

Great concept and amazing art!

My ability to keep all the keys in mind long enough to beat the levels is lacking. Best of luck to those with better co-ordination than I.

So cute! loved the idea and the design :)

This game is made to kill your fingers. And I love it. The art is incredible.

What a great use of the keyboard!!!!! Very fun.

One little comment, in some resolution the UI covers the letters I need to press on the track.

You're not trying to make me type something on my keyboard are you....? Anyways, the cat getting the fish always gets me haha

This is really such a fun game idea,  and so well executed! I only screamed at my keyboard once, and I loved it. Killer game.

Oh hahaha glad to hear it

Completely unique idea, super well executed, and an adorable cat in a mech? The perfect game imo.

Dude... i wish i have a better keyboard with bigger buffer. Then I dont have to think as hard in the later challenging levels... But love it! Some of the levels have really fun twist and even shortcut solutions that makes you feel really smart!

hardware limitation turned game dynamic :D thanks for playing

Such a cute game, I love the little cat character and how its a fish that moves em around :3

This is very impressive for a game jam. Best way I can describe this is twister with your fingers. I like the art direction as well.

Submitted(+3)

Probably the most polished game in the jam! Great art! Gameplay is simple and fun as well.

Submitted(+2)

Oh that cat is the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life, plus the game is very creative, good game

Developer

Glad to hear that you liked the game :)

This concept is ADORABLE. Love how smooth the motion feels, and that falling isn't totally disastrous (maybe I died a bunch, who knows...). Holding all the keys fluidly and simultaneously wasn't completely clear to me from the outset, but once I played a few rounds it all made sense. The soundtrack fits the vibe perfectly! (I'll come back to rate when I can!)

Developer

Thank you so much! Happy you enjoyed the game (even with dying a few times) :)
