You're so welcome! The voice work was REALLY well done and sealed the deal tone-wise for me. If I ever need to cast another voice in a game in the future, I'm gonna keep you in mind! :D

(1 edit)

I like the premise of this! Some of the movement mechanics felt a little off/laggy to me on Chrome, but maybe that's just a reflection of how I expected to move around. It was a bit jarring to go from one customer present to a  whole handful! But still a pretty relaxing time despite the influx of orders. :) It would be cool if characters had some dialogue when they placed an order, too!

LOVE an excuse for Medusa lore. The tutorial text was a bit hard to parse at the start due to the shadow work, but I think that was an intentional choice to set the tone. I do recommend taking a look at that contrast though (even if it's just making the lettering a smidge brighter), to help with readability.

Adorable art! Some of the graphics were a bit hard to parse, but loved the vibes.

Bahahaaa, love the voice lines, especially when I hesitated too long in the beginning and got called out for having "the reaction time of a potato." Major accent points; I feel like that adds to the whimsy, too!

Hahaha, this was a FUN one. One suggestion would be allowing payers to progress through the opening cut scene sooner, like having the next button enabled even as the voiceover plays. The voice acting was great, though, and definitely added to my experience of the devil's just-written dialogue later.

Very cute concept! I love the wordplay in the title. I'm not normally great at platformers but this one felt fun to keep looping through. :)

I could truly zone out and play this for hours. The tutorial being how you start the game was such a nice touch!

Ohhh, this was SO FUN. I especially loved playing the mandolin to solve puzzles and pathing; it felt like a really fun way to manipulate the world.

Dude... This is so unsettling in the BEST way. Really loved the challenge of having to remember where I was in the sequence before I got interrupted. Plus, the voice acting and SFX were really well done. The crunchy feel of them helped give the game a more haunting feel. Well done!

Aw man, sorry about the Firefox performance issues; thanks for flagging those for us. So glad you switched to Chrome and got to experience everything as it should be!

Thanks so much!! Not feeling frustrating is a huge win — we really wanted to capture the freneticism and confusion of an emergency without it being too offputting. So glad you enjoyed!

Aw, I just knew there'd be a crochet game somewhere in this jam and I'm so glad I finally found it! The sound design made me think the pings were associated with my stitching for a bit, but then I pieced together it's just the background music, hahaha. I alsoooo tried to drag the yarn to the puzzle cubes instead of the crochet machine at first? So maybe some more precision in that beginning instruction could have helped me. xD

Hahaha, I LOVED the art style here~! I did run into an issue where I bonked an apple out of the leftmost tree, toward the edge of the screen, and was unable to monch it no matter how many times I tried. Maybe it was slightly outside the target area? Anyhow. A delightful lil game!

Had a blast with this one, and I think the vibrant/dayglow style art is to thank!

The general structure of this has a lot of potential: Mini games that impact how well you run on the real track. That being said, some of the mechanics felt like I was abusing my desk setup (mainly the space smasher, hahaha). The game could get even more entertaining with a soundtrack that increases in speed or energy when you do well, or something like that!

The cutting action was really fun! Narratively, it felt a liiiittle silly to bring a friend hospitalized for (attempted) apple consumption another apple... But that absurdism was super charming. Getting to create my own apple-powered weapon was a nice touch. 5/5 art because I made it, obviously ;)

Ahhhh what a cool comparison! Thank you so much!

Wow, thank you so much! :D We had a blast making it, so glad you enjoyed!!

Going to work and typing "BZZ BZZ" was such a delight. The gentle piano track really helped set the tone for this adorable little story!

Haha, this was a fun spin on the theme, deliberately looping ("lapping") backwards to stay in the lazy river forever. Mechanically, I found myself just right clicking and dashing instead of using the normal swim function. I don't think that's a drawback per se, just that the game got even more amusing when I was darting all over the place!

As a writer, I ADORE that my weapon of choice in this game is a quill and ink. The mechanics felt pretty solid and challenging enough to keep me invested when I perished.

Balatro vibes for sure! Emmett is a funky dude.

Cute! The looping functionality seemed a little buggy (sometimes I would draw a full circle but it would cut off at half), but I like the drifty nature of the gameplay and the calming soundtrack. :)

Okay... I accidentally scrolled instead of clicked. And all I have to say is that's the best mistake I could have ever made.

Lots of simple, fast-paced challenges! I liked the hand drawn art style a lot! Some of the SFX felt a little harsh on my ears, but other than that, I had fun!

Hey thanks! Glad you enjoyed~

Oh mannnn this was a perfect blend of stressful and fun!

Awww, thank you so much! Writing and directing all the voice lines was a big highlight of the development process for me. So glad they added to the experience!

Ahhhhh, such high praise, thank you so much!! :3 And congrats on getting The Arc crew to safety! Adding a loop count at the end is a great idea. I know we have it on the loop end screen before you restart, but it would be cool to see your total once you beat it!

Thanks for playing and reviewing! As a team, we had so much fun leaning into our different areas of expertise to make it all come together. We're thrilled foregoing a tutorial felt natural, too! That was a bit of a hypothesis we had that played out well in playtesting, so we chose to run with it.

Thank you, so glad you had fun!

Woohoo, glad you enjoyed!!

Thanks so much, friend! Our artist Amy did such a brilliant job making everything visually come to life~

The soundtrack was very calming, and the motion of each bot felt similarly smooth. Solving the puzzles together with your past self was fun; I've seen a lot of those types of games this jam. It could be cool if you could skip to the next loop though, especially if you've already positioned your bot where you want it for the duration of the next one. Cool game!

This was a lot of fun! Getting strategic about my lassos made me feel really cool, hahaha. I didn't really love having to kick the cute animals, though. :c

Hahaha, I am so very horrible at this but it's such a blast.

Very cute! Gives me Stardew farming vibes without the seasonality stress.

What's not to love about a cute goblin boppin' on their enemies? I really appreciated the simple controls. Also, the little dying "ah!" noises made me laugh. Overall a great time!

The art style of this was super interesting and calming to immerse in, and I was utterly overjoyed at how high I could launch my lil rover off the pyramid structures! At first, I was driving around unclear about what my objective was, but once I heard the success chime crossing over my own path, I knew what to do. Great low key soundtrack as well. Can't wait to revisit and play more levels!
