was pretty fun. the physics-based puzzle sorta thing going on here was nice.
This was fun. Would be nice some background sound and be able to place a block one at a time, but love it anyway. Aggressive Minecraft!
Really cool idea! Block scaling might just a bit to aggressive x)
But overall nice job!
interesting and fun level design and entertaining mechanics! lack of music or sound effects made the game feel a bit empty, though. a crosshair might have also helped to aim the player, but overall cool game!
Felt like really aggressive Minecraft! I ended up spamming a ton of blocks the whole way through to bridge. Pretty cool!
Thank you so much for playing it!
I really like this type of puzzle game and the mechanics in this one are quite interesting. It would be nice to be able to place only one block at a time to make it easier to be precise.
Yes, showing what you’ll make while holding RMB then building it after release is my next top priority for this game. Thank you so much for playing it though!
I do like the idea, the game has endless possibilities of what it could become because you have left such a wide range of possible features and puzzles open. As a concept, it gets the spirit of the game across and what it may be able to become, even with the occasional "jankyness".
Yes, you understood my mission for this jam very well lol. Thank you very much for playing it!
really cool, should add a cooldown for the scaling cus I held left click and the cube multiplied like crazy
Yeah that was an unintentional mishap gone under my radar. I hope to improve it further down the line. Thanks a lot for playing it!
Really solid premise though I agree with other reviews that the controls are a bit unruly. Great job nonetheless and congrats on a successful jam entry!
Thank you very much for your kind comment!
Really interesting mechanic! I love how free-form it can be, reminded me a bit of minecraft bridging. I Think a slower movement speed, hold-click not spamming blocks, and having the ability to remove blocks would let the player control some of the jankier physics interactions and shape the blocks a bit more. Nice job with the menus, overall a really cool entry!
Wow, a very detailed feedback! You basically just laid out my plan for the next MVP goals for this project. Thank you so so much, I am definitely copy pasting your comment in my notes files lol.
Oh thats awesome! Glad I could help a bit, best of luck continuing with this project ^^
really fun but really hard to controll.
Thanks for playing! And yeah, I should have definitely added more control settings and more importantly improved it.
Great game! the controls are a bit hard to master but the game is really satisfying. I'd love to see this expanded!
Thanks a lot for playing! I played yours at the very start and it’s still my favorite out of all the ones I got my hands on. Especially your art and game feel is mesmerizing.
Anyway, Thanks again for playing!
Thanks a lot, this really means a lot to me!
It's cool and simple, just a bit clunky to control as admitted in the description.
Yeah, thank you for your kind words. And thanks for playing it!
Nice idea, this will be a great framework to build off of for another jam or small project! Maybe with some auto-shaping happening depending on the shape of blocks around it or something :0
Hmm, that sounds so interesting, alright noted. Thanks for playing!
Cool Idea, would have been neat to see how this could be expanded on, like being able to root the blocks in place, or maybe having their weight increase with their size, making them harder to move? Great Job!
Rooting or attaching one side of an object to something fixed sounds like a great idea for a puzzle mechanic, I wanted to do something like that but time didn’t allow it. Thanks a lot for playing!
Interesting idea. Scaling should only happen once per click I think. If I hold the mouse button a bit long it starts scaling like crazy (which is kind of fun in its own way :) )
Yes scaling once per click was the initial idea, but I unintentionally made it a bit spammy if you hold RMB and move your mouse a little. Thank you so much for playing it!
Very creative, I liked that the cub had physics when you built onto it.
Yes, I hope to improve the physics way better than what it is right now. Thanks you very much for playing it!
Really neat stuff! Would be so fun with a sandbox and some extra visuals later. Well done!
The physics are a little funky on the browser but certainly not less fun to play with.
Even if it's rather short I had a good time playing ^^
Thank you for the kind words! I really appreciate it!
Love how instead of increasing size you add more parts, very creative.
Hah thanks. And thank you very much for playing!
