Liked the superliminal  esk gameplay - the execution is a little bit lacking felt like I was stuck on things (physicals materials missing maybe?).

The controls and camera felt clunky and not having the mouse sensitivity whilst playing was PAINFUL!

Hiding the play button was funny, but very odd and confusing.

The art was nice - reminded me of synty stuff!

I was hard to know what to do without referencing your hints so a brief tutorial on this is a mechanic and this is how you use it would be good (or at least some direction on what I am meant to be doing)

Overall I think it looked great - the music didn't fit and I muted the game!

The puzzles were quite fun, if  rather hard to understand at first.

Well done on submitting!

Developer(+2)

Genuinely I wanted to add a pause menu to the game where you could mute the music or change its volumes, I figured out how it works in around an hour before submission ^^, thank you for the feedback though, we'll be providing the fixes as we speak for a better experience (or practice doing so at the very least).

neat concept. shrinking and growing is kinda slow, player bouncing while walking feel weird but great job!

Developer

Appreciate the feedbacks and compliments, we tried our best to make it as smooth as we could, hope you had a wonderful time playing.

Submitted(+1)

I like the concept of shrinking and growing as needed, though I expected to be able to manipulate the objects themselves to solve puzzled. You let me know that it eventually gets there, I just did not get that far enough

Developer(+1)

Hey, glad you liked the concept! Just so you know, you can totally grow and shrink the items along with you. Some puzzles get a bit wacky and will need you to play around with this mechanic. And if you’re stuck, check out the hints—they’ll help you breeze through those stages!

Submitted(+2)

Fun game. Watching the room and everything surrounding me grow/shrink as I did and the perspective changing was really awesome! I didn't get very far in the game because I couldn't solve all of the puzzles but it was still cool. I also really liked that the title menu was part of the puzzle and acted as a tutorial level. Great job!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Hey! Thank you for your feedback! We really appreciate it. I am glad that you noticed the menu acting like a tutorial! A lot of people in fact get stuck on the menu.

Developer(+1)

As the source of the idea, I thank you for the compliments, I only wish I implemented it better to be suited more as a tutorial, like an empty slot visual or cool animations when picking up the block.... Hope you'll come back to it after the game jam after its improved.

Submitted(+1)

beautiful style and graphics, I also really loved the tutorial menu, really brilliant, maybe a little more help would be needed to understand what to do

Developer(+1)

I would love you to see what new menu style we are planning to add after the Jam! I am glad you enjoyed it though! I hope you had fun! We appreciate the kind words!

Developer

Its sometimes hard to gauge how much help we should give our players, especially when it comes to puzzle games, in addition to considering how short the game would be, so once we get to making more rooms, we'll consider more subtle hints to get you guys through the rooms easier.

Submitted(+1)

I love the concept, the game is beautiful, the theme is respected, it just needed a little polishing for the menu at the beginning, sometimes the camera was a little "restrictive" but it's a good job!

Developer

We appreciate your kind comment! We are re-doing the whole UI system, as well is removing the restrictions! (I know I stated this in DMs, will state it here too :D for public view)  Anyways, thank you for playing! I am glad you enjoyed!

Very nice concept
The levels are nice
Art is nice
The music doesn't really fit

The controls feel bad (why can't you look down? why is the camera bouncing?)
Probably needs more explanations
Also a few bugs (like clipping through the level)

Developer(+1)

We will definitely look over what was mentioned on stream! thank you for your feedback! We appreciate the kind words. :)

Submitted(+1)

the start menu is a great considering it doubles as a tutorial

Developer

That was our goal! For the menu to act like a tutorial! We will look on improving it! Thank you for your comment!

Woow, awesome visual style! Really creative take on the theme! Awesome job!

We appreciate the kind words! Thank you for playing! I hope you enjoyed!

Very fun, both mechanically and aesthetically. The clockwise rotation activates my motion sickness a little, but I just need to finish those darn puzzles, I can’t stop! Haha, I love it!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your kind words! We are glad you enjoyed our game. :)

I am also glad to have come to a conclusion with you that the periodic clockwise rotation is an issue from Firefox and not any other browser, however, we will check it out to see on what end (ours or firefox's) the issue appears.

The level designing was quite good. Although the grab and drop is still pretty glitchy. I enjoyed the puzzles anyway! Good job.

Developer

We are planning on further development of this game after the jam, so lots more polishing! Thank you for playing our game, and we appreciate the kind words!

Really cool concept!

It is fun to realize how to start the game and I don't expect that it is a first-person-perspective game. Cool game and exciting music.

But as soon as I start the game, I forget the control keys, so it's better to have semi-transparent key hints. And it seems that objects can pass through the table in the first level.

Developer(+1)

I am glad you enjoyed the game, thank you for the positive feedback and some points noted. In the future (after the jam) you will most likely encounter the controls listed in a pause menu!  Thank you for playing and goodluck!

Very fun game! this is the most literal implementation of the theme and quite well executed! excellent

I love puzzle games, and this one really fits the bill for me! It took me some time to get a hang of the controls, but post that it was really fun. Got all the way to the office before I had to put it down, but I'm going to pick this up back to finish the rest of it : )

I am glad that the game fits your puzzler's desires, I do wish for you to complete the game till the temporary end level, do post a screenshot and update us on your progress :)

We are still working on some bugs, hopefully after the jam or a bit later we will release a better version with hopefully more levels.

Enjoyed the art style and the concept of the game. The controls took a bit to get used to, and I couldn't get through the first room without reading the hints in the description.  In the 2nd room I dropped the key  into the floor and couldn't find it again, had to restart the game a couple times.  Overall I really enjoyed what you have going here. Congrats and good luck!

Developer

We meant for it to be a challenge! So it isnt a quick five minute game :). The key clipping and other bugs are being worked on, they will be polished and more things will be added after the jam. Thank you very much for your kind comment. I am glad that you enjoyed our game, thank you for playing!

Submitted(+1)

Got a hard time understanding the controls in the first level, but after that it was pretty fun ! The keys can fall off the map if you drop right in front of the door in the second level.

Developer(+1)

Thank  you for the comment, we are glad that you enjoyed the game, the main key usages are "Q", "E" and "F" along side "WASD" movement, other keys listed are non-important.

As I write this comment, we are fixing the issue of the keys falling beneath the door, and or clipping through the door. :)

Neat game, the frantic feel of the music makes it feel even more fun. Would love to see more levels!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate your kind words. We will definitely look into continuing the production of this game, and improving, expanding and polishing it further. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Really like the art in this game. I would suggest that the puzzles have more to do with changing the size (right now it's just find the item, maybe change your size to get it, adjust the item size and insert it somewhere). Also an interaction popup would be useful, so you know which objects are pickable and which are in you range. Otherwise that's a solid game.

PS modify the embed size, so that unity's fullscreen button is visible and hide the itch.ios one. Right now it doesn't work.

Developer

We appreciate your comment and your constructive feedback.

Regarding the puzzles, we will look into adding more rooms, with more of a variety when it comes to the scaling aspect of things. We were limited on time which caused us to make limited levels with limited little passing mechanics.

When it comes to an interaction pop up, we were thinking of having an (glowing?) outline of the object that you are looking at that you can pick up. We might add it as an additional help option, alongside  hints in the coming updates after the jam.

The embed size will be changed accordingly too.

Overall all, thank you for the points,  unfortunately a lot of this game was on a major crunch time.
