With my limited experience in tower defense games, I managed to win :D
I like how my guy does a cool dance, but can continue to work after anyway, the grind never stops

I really liked this, good work!

I think it's a very interesting take on a classic tower defense sort of game, where the player also has to be a bit more active. I think it was neat that I had to avoid attacks while fixing my towers, it added a nice element of hands on gameplay. The entire game feels super polished! The visuals are great!

For suggestions if you work more on this, I'd say it'd be cool if you had some sort of indicator of where enemies will spawn next. Since you can't be everywhere at once, it sometimes feel like you don't exactly know where you should spend your scrap, and it feels really bad putting a tower somewhere to then realize there's a wave coming in the opposite direction. It would also be nice to have some tooltips for the turrets, since I forgot what each turret was when reading the description, lol.

Overall, great entry! Keep up the good work!

This game is super neat and looks extremely well polished!! I really like how you take on the theme in a more direct sense. Would love to see some more tweaks in the balance of the player controls, but overall very nice game :D

Very cool game! The premise was interesting and the art is lovely. I did sometimes wish the player moved a bit faster, and it was a bit difficult navigating in between the tower “slots” – it might’ve been nice to let the player walk over them, and only apply collisions if they started trying to build there. Another thought that came to mind was, what if it were possible to build up enough money to extend the ironline with a new cart, which might tie in to the jam theme even more?

:) Very fun game! It felt a bit like most actions were slightly more powerful than I’d like. I personally wish the big enemy attacks did a little less damage, my repairs took a little longer, it would be slightly more devastating when a turret died, and the player moved a bit faster. But maybe that would make the feel a little less pressured, fast-paced, and exciting. I like you models, and the overall game concept was great!

Pretty cool game, although personally I would speed up player a bit. Good work.

I absolutely love the interpretation of the scale theme, and how it focused on scaling up the artillery as well as the environmental scale of your tiny player who can still take small swings at enemies adjacent to colossal turrets battering down the incoming bats! The game was quite challenging for someone who hasn't played many tower defense games, but I did multiple attempts at it because the core gameplay loop was really intuitive and engaging. My only feedback would be that it was hard to remember and tell what each turret did during the actual gameplay, and I feel like some names or increases attack visuals could've helped relay that. According to your itch page it seems that there is also a mobile option for the game which is a really awesome addition not many jam games would do. Amazing work overall!
