It's just that the window is so damn tiny, it makes the small text even smaller. In browser it looks ok, but only because I zoomed in on the page

Ow my wrist

Never once beat a gorilla haha. This is addicting! Really cool game

Really unique take on the theme. Got pretty far till I called it quits, would've loved to see more hacking minigames or upgrade options

I really, really like the artstyle, and the puzzle elements involving numbers of steps. Sadly the game was unable to run smoothly in my browser. Really good job nonetheless

I wanted to play the download but honestly the text is unreadable that way.
Really cool Balatro inspired game, always love these types of games. I really like the style you're going for, with the wordArt. Still a cool, pretty distinguished take on the genre. I enjoyed it a lot!

I absolutely love this! First off, trains in games are cool and I always like train games. But the design is really cool and unique too, and presents some unique puzzles. I really love the sound design in this, takes me back to old pc games (yes, the ones you get on disc)

I only really wish there would be a pause and fast forward option

Really enjoyed this! Got somme really interesting and fun puzzles in there. The visuals remind me of old flash games (specifically the portal flash game), which I really really like :)

Great job!

I beat the boss! played some rock paper scissors with him haha. The loop continues evermore

Very cool! I had a lot of fun playing even though it got very difficult. I really like the concept.

The prompt that you can't pause the loop when I tried to pause the loop remindeded me of dreams I had as a kid where I was playing a game and couldn't pause haha. Great :)

got 17.14m! Extremely creative take on the theme.  Love the vibe

Incredibly difficult, but very charming. I love the artstyle and arcade vibe!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the physics, I also thought adding that, combined with the shaking of the atoms, would add a nice extra layer :)

Absolutely loved this one! omelette deckbuilder?? Hell yeah. I think this might also qualify as an aim trainer haha.
And as always, the answer to the best food is cheese

Cool endless runner that reminds me of bit.runner, it works great (apart from the chunks that make me stop sometimes). I could see myself get addicted to this if there was something like a highscore

Really cute! a small kindas of reverse escape room. I enjoyed figuring out the puzzles :)

It took me a while to figure out that if I put a shelf directly in front of the first arrow, no customers would spawn. And that if I assign products to arrows, it's only visually, not a condition for the customers (I think). Other than that solid "programming" style puzzle game :)

With my limited experience in tower defense games, I managed to win :D
I like how my guy does a cool dance, but can continue to work after anyway, the grind never stops

I think the game is relatively easy to understand, and pretty damn fun when you do, it just REALLY lacks a tutorial. It led to some confused gameplay.
Here's my personal notes while playing, after reading the description as well (which doesn't really clear things up)

When do I lose a round?
- When I pass (because I can't play any cards
- When my opponent's hand is empty, I lose automatically

When do I win a round?
- When my opponent passes
- When my hand is empty

When can I play cards?
- When there's more cards than the amount of cards on the table
- When there's the same amount of cards on the table, but a higher value
- NOT when the value is higher, but the amount of cards is lower
- I seem to be able to play pairs and straights, but I also managed to play a 3 with a 5 once, idk how. And I could play a full house (3,3,3,2,2) while it doesn't mention these options in the description?
- Whenever I play anything, I automatically play as much as possible

(Anything I missed?)

Besides a tutorial, I also really miss any indication on what's going on, I have no idea when a round ends other than that I get more cards in my hand.

In any case I had fun, the way the cards move is satisfying, and the rules aren't that frustratingly difficult, they're just difficult (without the frustrating part)

Michael is my favorite pokemon. Making every one of his sounds a variation on saying the name Michael is amazing I love it!

I mean this in the best way possible: this reminds me of the games of Neopets(!!!) very cool!

Solid platformer! Although just a little too difficult for me :/

Pretty cool take on the theme. I liked exploring the big robot , and figuring out it were actual limbs that were moving. A bit too difficult for me to complete though (although I think the goal is to survive as long as possible?)

There no knowledge of chemistry required! Try to connect atoms  to score points, it's not accurate to real chemistry at all :) (although it has a bit of a learning curve)

Thanks for playing! :D

So cool to hear a chemist played my game haha. There was definitely a phase in the design where I considered going full accuracy. But I settled on focussing to make a more fun experience, I just couldn't make a accurate and fun game in the short time span.

I'm definitely debating on continuing development on the game, and how I could incorporate actual chemistry with it (chemistry is just really complicated and it's difficult to make easy-to-get and fun gameplay from it)

Really fun game. Was really funny slinging myself off the building at top speed. The achievements you can get, and the clean art and ui really make it feel like a game I could've played on the NES or gameboy. Really cool!

I have so many sheep

Really like seeing numbers go up haha. Broke the integer very quickly. A jack based deck is very overpowered. And I see we both took inspiration from Balatro :)
Very well polished and very satisfying!

This was amazing! I got to 5 singularities. I get to see a lot of numbers go up, get really nice controls, and satifying hits?! Honestly might've been the best game from the jam I've played so far

(1 edit)

We are built to scale, and with scale I mean cheat at poker. Very cute!

Super cute. Wasn't expecting recursive dimensional gameplay. Was delighted :)

Neat little game, I couldn't see how much gold I needed to survive, but apart form that it's a very fun gameplay loop, good job.

Awesome! Got a weapon build going and was pretty much unbeatable >:)

Super fun game! I really liked pretending my hand was a little man strolling around on my keyboard!

I got it! I managed to finish it this time :D Very cute credit scene

I didn't really understand how the gameplay worked. There was a lot of text, and I couldn't scale some parts. But the visuals look really cool! Loved the particle effect that swirls around the object you've selected

Slay the large corporate building! The gameplay was a bit vague, didn't really know when or why or got shrunken all the time, but I do love me some deckbuilding :D

Looks so good! Simple yet unique mechanics, and absolutely beautiful visuals

So awesome! Although I really liked the hopping, I didn't see why I could use it. The game is a little too easy and could use more challenge, but I really loved the idea and mechanics. (Did I already say I liked the ladder hopping a lot?)
