How does your game fit the theme?
The game is inspired by the Rhythm Heaven level titled "Built to scale". The term built to scale also simply refers to "building something to the correct specifications", a game where you are hired by a company to build a bridge over a gap fits that definition.

Very fun game ! The last level was especially hard ! I enjoyed the level design and all the story telling.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the levels and story!

This was a cool puzzle game, but the physics aspect of the blocks feels more annoying than challenging. The art was cute and the story was interesting, though!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the art and story!

Wonderful little game! Funky music, cute graphics and engaging gameplay, what more can one ask for? :) I’m also biased towards puzzle games and games using physics for gameplay, so this really spoke to me. Very fun idea :)

I do wonder how you solved avoid exploding physics when dragging things against each other, and when you release it it doesn’t bounce against each other.

I did stop playing at the Ball Pit level though, as it just looked like a lot of work to move all those tiny balls :/

Thanks for playing! Planck.js is a really neat physics library and it's pretty simple to use, especially as part of p5play, so a lot of physics jank just kind of ended up solving itself! I'm not much of a programmer. The ball pit level can be a bit tedious, but there's a trick to it! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

Really like the lore! at times I wish they could step there feet up a little more though

I love the art style! Some level are repetitive and a twist on mechanics was missing. Cool experience nonetheless!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing my game! I'm glad you both had fun!

The only level I didn't enjoy was the one with the spinning platform. Kind of done changed up the rules on us.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing my game! I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the levels!

Submitted

Oh yeah! they were fun.
The bit with the agreement at the start was pretty funny too :3

I like your vibe

it's cute and cool at the same time

there can be options to skip levels

Developer

Thank you for playing my game! I'm working on some quality of life changes for a future update and a skip option is a good suggestion. Glad you enjoyed!

Totally love this! It's really satisfying to beat, and the blocks that move away on their own are really funny when you're trying to line everything up and one just decides to ruin it haha. Really fun to play, - simple but well executed concept, good job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Glad you loved the game!

I love the lore you implemented across multiple games! Nice and smooth play style! keep it up!

Glad to hear you enjoyed the game and story, thanks for playing!

I love the whole aesthetic of the game from the fake contract at the start to all the different characters crossing the bridge! I love the chaos of it all but that circle level was really difficult to complete.

Developer(+1)

Hello, I am reaching out to you on behalf of A-CORP to inform you that the contract you agreed to was, in fact, real and legally binding. As per our agreement, you are now a official A-CORP employee! We look forward to you joining our family at corporation building 161.

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!!!

I will do my best as an A-CORP employee!

(I'll check out the other in-universe games when I get the time!)

Thank you so much for the support! Be warned though, 2 of them were school assignments and one is really old, so they aren't the greatest...

I really liked the humor and style of this game, but it was a bit frustrating to have everything be physics based. overall a very enjoyable game though.

Developer

Glad to hear you enjoyed the game,  I'm personally a huge fan of physics games and grew up playing them, but can see that it isn't for everyone. Thanks for playing!

I love the worldbuilding you have even in such a short experience, and I also really like the custom cursor looking like it’s 3D! I felt like I needed enough precision to do surgery on a grape moving the blocks to try to not accidentally apply forces to destroy what I already built, but the chaotic explosions that resulted sometimes were fun to watch at least. In the last level, I figured out I could just hold blocks against the wall to make them stationary again for easier building.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm super happy that I got enough of my vision for the world and story though this short game to make an impression. That trick you learned at the end actually makes the other puzzles pretty easy, one of my friends beat the whole game in 6 minutes. I'm glad you enjoyed playing, have a good day!

Submitted

My favourite part was the lore and the setting, really well done there, and the game is really stylish which I liked. Good choice of music. I got kinda frustrated at the puzzles though, even level 2 was beyond my patience for finessing game physics :-(

Developer

Thanks for playing my game! I'm glad you enjoyed the worldbuilding and that I managed to get enough through this short experience to make an impression. I have gotten a lot of different reactions on the difficulty, some people find it easy and speed though the game, while other struggle a lot, so it's ok that you had trouble with the physics. Have a good day!

im so bad at it so frustrating in a good way!!! liked the robot ladies

Developer

Glad to hear you enjoyed the game and my characters, thanks for playing!
