The movement mechanic felt really smooth and fitting for the sentient sword! This was such a cool idea, reminds me a lot of that reincarnated as a sword anime. Would love to see the idea expanded upon :)
A fun concept that could have been done much better. Fortunately, the visual of the human ragdolling behind the sword the whole time bumps the enjoyment up a bit. 3:2:2.

This is a fun idea, it controls very nicely and it's really silly seeing the hero being dragged behind the sword. Good job on everything!
I love this interpretation of the theme!
The ragdoll physics on the "player" are endlessly entertaining to me, but also make for a fun challenge. The variety of enemies as the game progresses, and particularly the ranged archers and mages, makes for a nice escalation in difficulty. My highscore was around 3700 ish :)
Great take on the theme, the only problem is the sword is hampered by the sad meat creature. Fantastic stuff
Slightly unpolished but this is probably one of the most unnique executions of this idea Ive seen and its great, movement feels so nice and I found myself playing this for longer than I expected, great game
I think this idea was a lot of folks' first when they heard the theme, but this entry really stands out with the subtle humor. Namely the animation of the human adds a lot to the arcade fun.

It's pretty addicitng! I managed to get 2700 points;
Controlling feels very smooth and I really like how the game increases tempo with time.
Ranged enemies sometimes like to stand off-screen or behind UI.
Two exploits, kinda I think?
1. Spinning invalidates melee enemies
2. Spamming right mouse button gives both speed and projectile blocking
These are not enough to make the easy tho
Ahhhh yes, I remember realizing the ranged enemies being offscreen thing would be a problem but it totally slipped my mind to fix it. I think you're right that the rotation speed of the sword could use some tweaking and there needs to be some sort of regenerating resource for when in the blocking stance.
