Such a cool art-syle, love the overall aesthetics and atmosphere of the game! Super well done :D
Fun to play and involving, also the mood is very good. Just don't understand why i had to walk with WASD instead of the camera just following them into the cave.
Great idea! I loved the voiceover and the vibes. The gamble of attacks like the blind charge (0-12) was too irresistible. Lost very fast but had fun trying to manage health in this way.
Thank you! In classic gamejam fashion we worked on basics till very end and never properly balanced the whole thing. But from what I got after some tests it looks like after you get through 2-3 lvls it's pretty much all over
I am confused as to what the goal is because you can control both nephew and bad guys
You throw enough challenge at nephew to lvl him up for final boss without killing him. Pressing space out of combat is less controlling more like speeding up time for him to move.
this is super fun and a very cool twist on the theme! basically a turn-based tactics game but 100% of your efforts go into managing health since you control the enemy spawns/attacks. this could def become a bigger game
Thank you for kind words! After gathering feedback from the Jam we plan on making a summer project out of this idea
