Please refer to the game page if you have trouble with controls. And for more fun/pain use voice typing.
I might've missed some commands, but cool concept
Thanks for playing! You probably didn't miss any commands, the commands are in the game page if you are wondering. Sorry, I forgot the submission page can't fit much information.
What an interesting concept! Love the cute art-style, suuper well-done! :D
It's funny and the idea is nice.
i don't know if there was a command but i was missing something like go 5 steps.
Still great :)
Thanks for playing! No, there's just the 3 main commands but combining right/left and jump does give slight differences in jump length.
I tried to type go, run, walk, forwards, rump before I looked at the comments. Your tutorial needs a tutorial, esp when you literally explain how to jump.
Thanks for playing! Yeah I definitely should have explained that in the game instead of relying on the game page. I forgot the submission page has no description but by then it was too late. I also definitely should have put in rump and lump.
no worries. Tbh, didn't know you wrote it on the page since the jam page just has a download button, without sending you to the game page. Also the game is quite nice in general, good job.
Really cool game! It was tough for sure but Great job! :D
Nice game, had fun with it, though having to type this much was a pain. Either shorten it to “r”, “l” and “j” or allow users to reuse previous sent commands by pressing the up arrow or similar (commandline inspired). I also got stuck on the moving platforms sometimes, the end screen black fill didn’t cover my while 2560x1440 screen and it crashed with an error code afterwards. But bugs aside, good job with this game =)
Thanks for playing. The up arrow suggestion is actually a pretty good idea. The end screen does do that, I just found out.
difficult but neat maybe add r for right and j for jump like abbreviate
honestly, really loved the tutorial
I loved the concept! tough the game is really difficult with timing and to be honest I just rage quit on the moving platform :/
Thanks for playing! I definitely underestimated how hard that part would be. Plus it's kind of buggy.
It's only my personnal opinion, but the tutorial was great.
Really interesting idea and the game was fairly challenging with the timing of platforms. I also like the fact that you have an easter egg (the hidden room with explode command). Took a little too long to finish but in the end I did it.
Good rage game. Very challenging, really interesting game concept. You should definitely flesh it out into a full release with more actions and different types of platforming. The guy got stuck on the edges of platforms a lot though and wouldn't be able to move. I liked 'explode', it'd be fun for you to add more silly commands in a later release.
Thanks, there was definitely a lot of stuff I wanted to add in but had to cut for scope. Yeah, that bug is pretty bad but unfortunately I didn't have enough time to fix that.
You got some very nice concept! I had fun playing this game so great job.
