I assume I needed a mouse to play, as I couldn't find a button to interact with the coffee.

5/5 for everything.
Awesome execution of everything! I think I did something wrong cause I helped made Paralateral for this jam but I can't properly rate you unfortunately.
I remembered halfway through that you were limited to the same colour palette cause it looks so different. As a composer, loved the music, loved the filter when you go underwater, awesome. Gameplay feels just like it should, no jank whatsoever, I can feel my self getting better just from my own skill as I play. This could absolutely be a full game with loads of levels with varying obstacles, background map design, difficulty levels like speed increases etc. more nice breakbeat tracks to listen to. Love it
I couldn't finish before I had to go but I loved this game. Literally everything about this (except the controls threw me off with W being jump) but it was all so good! So much potential as a more fleshed out puzzle platform, using the checkpoints as puzzle elements to get to locked off place etc. Great job, keep doing what you're doing.
Really cool to have the jam bullets ricochet if you miss, that adds a good amount of skill needed to be good at the game. The ant keeps you on your toes, and the random obstacles keep you paying attention to your environment. There's a bit of delay with the death screen so it's confusing at first when you die. But the music is awesome and the sfx really suit the tone. Nice job
Thanks for all the feedback on the game, super helpful to have these suggestions, although it's really interesting to see how many were things that we wish we could have added. Yeah I did the music at the end too but now I'm planning to make a youtube channel to post the soundtrack to. When I do that I'll probably put a link on the itch page for the game.
Even though its not my type of game it was enjoyable. I like the idea of having to get just the right aim and click time to get the sword right. If you did more of this game later it would be cool to see more features that you have to develop a feel for to get just right, making you feel practiced and efficient. Good job
