Interesting idea, though it would be nice to have some visual or auditory feedback when you get hit, apart from your health going down. nice job tho

Nice job, I like the idea of angry birds but with checkpoints, and I like having the different seeds being able to impact the environment in different ways. In future you could even create different pathways through a level with the different uses for seeds

Nice job! this idea is really cool, has lots of potential to make it even harder and more complex for speed runs

niiiice great game, really nice idea to stretch the cannons to show the strength of the shot. I like the physics and the speed running potential. Defenitly so many opportunities for this game to be insane

Cool idea to have the 3d globe

I couldn't finish before I had to go but I loved this game. Literally everything about this (except the controls threw me off with W being jump) but it was all so good! So much potential as a more fleshed out  puzzle platform, using the checkpoints as puzzle elements to get to locked off place etc. Great job, keep doing what you're doing.

Really fun to play and manage all of your towers and see them get stronger, great job

Really cool to have the jam bullets ricochet if you miss, that adds a good amount of skill needed to be good at the game. The ant keeps you on your toes, and the random obstacles keep you paying attention to your environment. There's a bit of delay with the death screen so it's confusing at first when you die. But the music is awesome and the sfx really suit the tone. Nice job

So fun and addicting, double Tetris-ish with coloured obstacles you can move, so great.

Man that was so funny to hear the sounds of the Mickey Mouse hands

Beautiful! That was hilarious to play first time around

Sorry for the wait, I've put up the links on the page now and I'll put my channel here

Thanks for all the feedback on the game, super helpful to have these suggestions, although it's really interesting to see how many were things that we wish we could have added. Yeah I did the music at the end too but now I'm planning to make a youtube channel to post the soundtrack to. When I do that I'll probably put a link on the itch page for the game.

I'm sorry that looks meaner than I meant it to be. I just meant in a way that reminds me of 'getting over it', sorry

Amazing! I didn't know I could enjoy this type of game but I'm hooked. Definitely worth continuing and adding to. Maybe more plants or mechanics? Maybe diseases? Who knows, but it's all excellent, great job!

Great idea, bit annoying to play but that seems to be intentional

Really funny idea and presentation, couldn't really get into the gameplay

Aww thanks we're really proud of the game, and thanks for the feedback, good to know

Really good idea to have the instructions colour coded, makes it easier to understand for sure. This could definitely be fleshed out into a full on platformer puzzle game. Great execution, good job!

Even though its not my type of game it was enjoyable. I like the idea of having to get just the right aim and click time to get the sword right. If you did more of this game later it would be cool to see more features that you have to develop a feel for to get just right, making you feel practiced and efficient. Good job

Aw thanks, yeah it was mostly intentional. To start with you're hunting down the monster and it just wanders around and does its own thing.

Aw thanks,  will do.

Thanks, sure thing

Good simple idea executed well, a full release with more obstacle variation and maybe the thief car moving a bit more would be interesting but overall really good. I liked how the music was just kick drum at the start but expanded into the rest of the song once you start playing,

Just wanted to shout out this game in particular "One Tap"  by  imoabura where you can slo-mo control and curve a bullet to hit all the targets and avoid hostages https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2023/rate/2159231?before=3#post-8209210 it's very low on ratings maybe because it's downloadable, but it's worth it

I agree entirely with Rochester X, amazing game concept and awesome execution, I hope you would do a full release because there is so much more you could do with this system! A full speed replay where it could be a tracer round that you can see zipping around with a little trail would be awesome. I love how the music sounds nice full speed or slo-mo, good choice of song. All around awesome, and a shame more people haven't seen it, next time definitely try to make it a browser game. Great job :)

aww thanks that was fun to make

ayy thanks

ooh that sounds like fun, thanks

Oh great! I'll play it again when I can

Ahh ok, I see. All good!

Awesome game! fun concept, excellent and enjoyable execution, really fun and simple to play and see what you can make the player do. Lots of freedom to play around. Awesome game, definitely worth expanding on.

A few bugs and the pathfinding was a bit frustrating. Interesting concept though,  you should consider fixing it up for a larger release later on

Awesome idea, lacklustre execution. Quite pretty art style. The controls were a bit janky and hard to use. I didn't need the inventory much as there wasn't enough loot dropping to have to use it. This is definitely worth spending more time on post-jam to improve and flesh out the gameplay.

Really cool concept, very imaginative, easy to understand quickly and great art style, Great game!

Nice twist on fishing, quite challenging but fun to learn. Very nice chill music and sounds.

Good rage game. Very challenging, really interesting game concept. You should definitely flesh it out into a full release with more actions and different types of platforming. The guy got stuck on the edges of platforms a lot though and wouldn't be able to move. I liked 'explode',  it'd be fun for you to add more silly commands in a later release.
