really fun, would be cool to have a score based on a timer you can see
Your score increases every second and scales with the number of mice on the screen. It is also always visible in the bottom left

Nice art, and pretty good execution! The only issue I had with it was the slippery controls, but other than that, fun!

Thought the jump could feel a little snappier even with the charge. Maybe less physics based?
I liked this game. I especially liked the charge to jump mechanic. It really felt like that is how a cat jumps
I thought the same thing when my teammate recommended it lol. They do that little stance to get ready
Smooth animations aside, the blood particles and mice crawling up the furniture were nice additions to make the game more polished. Nice!!
i got 4740 for my high score this game is simple yet revolutionary, love the twist on it (edit: i just realized i said high school instead of high score LMAO)

Also, if those damn mice couldn't climb walls I'd be a much happier cat. :D

The animation of cat is perfectXD I also seen the discussion about the animation, so it kinda interesting to play the whole game. It quite fun and interesting:D

Had some fun with it :D. Although when it comes to platforming games, it's really important to get controls right. And maybe some additional things to do would be nice, now the tactic seems to run from one side to other.
since last years jam i have wanted to create a cat and mouse game and wow did i miss out?! you absolutely smashed this concept. i especially loved the cat running animation and how it uniquely fits into the theme. Great entry! :D
Cool art and game idea! I would add some heal items, but maybe i did not reach them
You do regenerate after not taking damage for a while, but its very slow. I thought it would be nice to be able to get your health back, but I didn't want it to be easy enough where you could play almost indefinitely
