I like the clean UI and a quite unique concept that reverses a simple wordle game. Loved it.
But, I don't think that there should be a null value in the initial state of each word. Since the color black in the initial state can get confused with the "no word" grey.
I actually confused for a while, since I only change to green and yellow assuming the starting state is "black(no correct word)", this make me second-guess my ability to read, until I get negative 20 points and then I realize where the problem is XDD
Great concept! Could be a perfect game for mobile. Good job!!!
I like the clean aesthetics, also really appreciate that you did it without any engine, I also did this with a game in my profile called “tiny land” and I know how hard it is!
Pretty fun to play, I wish it had a small tutorial in game tho, instead of the description. Still very good entry for the jam, congrats!
very fun take on the theme, actually kind of genius. it's surprisingly as fun to play a reversed wordle as it is the original.
i saw someone else comment this already, but i wanna repeat that: it'd be really cool (in a post-jam version if you ever make one) if the word the ai is trying to guess would stay the same until they either guess it or use up all their 6 tries :) i can see how it could be much harder to implement, since for it to look believable they'd have to try and use the green/yellow letters from their previous guesses in the next word, but i think that would make the game "pop" even more.
super good entry!!
I was actually already trying to solve the logic for this mechanic, as it sounds so much fun to play. Imagine trolling the ai by giving it wrong corrections so it can't answer the word. AHAHHA. Thanks for the input and for enjoying the game!
Simple, clean, effective. A jam game well executed!
Good job!
It took me time to figure out the game xD
But the concept is amazing.
Great work!!
Cool idea and Fun Game!
Hey cool idea!
I found it really hard at first, but when you get your head around it you do it mechanically haha
Also i really liked the concept of hiring people to do this kind of work haha
Super interesting idea! Overall I liked the game, and I would appreciate it if you checked out mine too :)
Great idea, but I wish there was an option to use keyboard shortcuts to mark each letter in turn as cycling through each letter took an alarming amount of time for me.
I think that's really useful, I'll try to implement it after the jam. Thankss!
Awesome job! The timer is very well balanced.
Very clever take on the theme, and super fun too. It took me a while to realize that you need to cycle through to the “none-letters”, maybe just leaving them all set to those by default would be a welcome change? Either way, fantastic entry, easy 5s all around.
Yess everyone is pointing that out and I don't know why I didn't think of it during development. Glad that it didn't ruin the experience for you and still enjoyed it. Thanks for the feedback!
I think I prefer this to the real one, nice job!
Really creative take on the theme! I would've loved to have seen the "ai" continue to try and solve the wordle after one attempt, but I bet that would be really difficult to do. Great entry and really reminded me of the wordle obsession craze 😂
That actually sounds so much fun to code. i might try to do it after the jam. Tho with my skill level, I doubt I can implement it properly. Lol. Glad that you liked it!
Perfect revers on wordle concept!
I AM A WORKER! Perfect reverse worlde play!
so addicting to play!!! it's such a fun and worthy time killer :D
The only thing i want to say is that if you had put a score system, i ll be on the top of the leaderboard.
54 score is unbeatable, I challange anyone to beat me.
If I ever put a leaderboard in the future, i'll put you right on top! Glad you enjoyed it!
Perfect little game, reverses worlde perfectly, I enjoyed it!
What a simple and well done concept!
