I love this turn on the snake-genre, really great implementation! I would have wished for a fullscreen window as my window was really small, but overall it's a lot of fun! Great work!

Developer

You could have pressed "F" for fullscreen. I put that in the game description as I had forgotten to put it in the instructions. Thanks for playing, your feedback means a lot!

Submitted

Ahh right, I tried it now and it did work. Thanks!

Neat little game with a really interesting take on the idea! I could've definitely used a tutorial, though (excuse my noobness).

Developer(+1)

Other people have said the same thing. It's always tricky as the developer to guess what is intuitive and what needs to be explained. Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

Complimentary Fanart!

Holy shit, brb, replacing the game's OG art with this.

Submitted(+1)

In need of a tutorial, but otherwise a solid game! Nice work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! A tutorial would certainly be something I will consider in the future.

Developer(+1)

As thanks for rating, have some fanart!

Here's some fanart for your game!

you've managed to create the perfect bridge.

A perfect balance between elegance and utility.

Thanks for the laugh xD

Really cool take on the theme, the main gripe I have with it is that the train sometimes gets stuck on the edges of the screen. Besides that one issue, it is pure unfettered chaos + fun.

Developer(+1)

Oh yeah, the edges are kind of a nightmare. I'm no stranger to bugs and the like but it was late, and I'm lazy. But enough shoddy excuses, I'd like to thank you for playing and giving this feedback! It's good to hear it was an overall fun experience.

Developer

Here, have some fanart!

Brilliance put onto paper. I thank you

Really nice game when you understand rules and controls. While I tried the controls, other cars disappeared. It took me several restarts to realize that the player initially had no cars attached. I really liked that when ramming, all the cars are disconnected, and you urgently need to collect them back. I also love when the game has responsive controls and the speed of the controlled object is fast enough. It's wonderful!

Developer

Thank you so much! That frantic scramble for lost cars is one of my favorite aspects. I'll be sure to look into a more intuitive start for new players. It's also great to hear the movement was satisfactory. Thanks again!

Some fanart for our little knowledge-delivering soccer player!

It was satisfying to get a bunch of gun cars and blast all the enemies in a giant barrage. I like the idea of battle trains.

Developer

Battle trains are indeed super sick. Thanks for playing!

Submitted(+1)

Looks pretty good. Pretty satisfying to see my train grow.

Developer

Glad to hear it! Satisfaction is a high priority.

Developer

Have some complimentary fanart!

Submitted

Oh my... I didn't expect to see this haha. Thanks!

Great job! Really fin arcadey game that I can definitely see myself coming back to in the future. Nice game feel and clear communication of mechanics.

Developer

Glad the game feel is good! That's always a tough part to nail down. Thanks for playing!

Developer

Here's some appreciation fanart! All hail the glorious King Mike!

hahaha that's great

Very nice little one this game. I like the way the controls make you move around and the fun music background, good job!

Developer

Thank you! I'm no composer, but I'm glad you enjoyed the music! I usually have quite a bit of fun making it for my games.

Developer

Some complimentary fanart, sir/madam:

haha, so cool, this is my first fan art ever!

Neat concept! Fun game.

Developer

Thanks! Glad you liked it.

Developer(+1)

Have a fanart!

Submitted

Haha, that's awesome!

Submitted(+1)

Fun game, the progression very is satisfying. Next time you should try mouse based controls.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I assume by mouse-based controls you mean for movement. That might be something to consider, but using the mouse for driving AND shooting might be a bit clunky.

Developer

Have some fanart! I took a few... creative liberties.

Submitted(+1)

Nice! I like the idea of combining with enemies to create a larger train, and I think that the logo for the game as well as the end screen look pretty neat.

Developer

Thanks! I'm pretty proud of the end screen logo especially.

Here's some fanart!
