Wow, the mechanic is so unique. It took me a minute to figure it out and once I did, I was amazed. Very polished game and it felt like a calming mobile game for sure. Good job overall!! Love the puzzles.

Thanks :)

Excellent game. Insanely high amount of polish. It really gets your brain going.

I have only one small gripe. Sometimes the direction for rotating with Z and C is reversed - Z would rotate to the right and C to the left which is a bit disorientating. It would also be good if the keys were mapped differently so that I could control the pivot with one hand and the ball with the other.

Other than that, bravo!

Developer(+1)

Thanks :) Glad you liked it.

For rotation, Z or Q will rotate in anti-clockwise direction and E or C will rotate in clockwise direction. Sometimes, the directions will mess your brain if you start from top or bottom( It did mess with my brain too :p).

For two hand play, you can control the pivot with arrow keys on right hand and rotation with z/c left hand.

Overall, will rethink the button mapping in the future! Thanks for the feedback

Oh, you can control the pivot with the arrow keys? I thought it was just WASD. Ok, now I need to retry this. Thanks for the explanation. :)

Developer

Yes. The main and alternate control info is placed in the right side of the screen from level 2. I should make it more clear, though. Will look into it on the next version.

This game is very clever, and looks and sounds great.  It was nice to find surprising ways to adjust the pivot point, and even direction.

Great job.

Developer

Thanks :)

Love your game!
Great take on the theme. Very interesting and unique mechanic. It's a little weird at first but once you get it it's very fun!
Didn't have enough patience to go past level 7 though, those edges were rough

Developer

Thanks :) Glad you liked the mechanic. Use levels screen to proceed to further levels if you get stuck in any particular level.

The only issue I got was the keyboards choice, maybe if I got to control the pivot with my left hand and the disc with the right one using keyboard arrows I would have played it a bit more smoothly. And pressed R less times than I did. Other than that, an absolute joy and beautiful game, love the aesthetics, the music and the ideas you came up with.

Developer

Glad you liked the game :)  Will re-think the control schemes in the post-jam version!

I love that you can solve puzzles in different ways. I was able to develop tricks for movement and that made me feel smart :)  My only suggestion is to change the restart button. I kept accidentally pressing R when I meant to rotate clockwise. Overall, great presentation and great game!

Developer

Thanks :) Will re-think the button mapping for the post-jam version.

even with this slow pace of the game i had fun. Simplicty of the design looks very good. Good job!

Developer

Glad you liked the game. By slow pace, do you mean something about movement/rotation speed or the overall tricky to navigate theme?

Submitted(+1)

Aside from the slightly slow pace, I think this is phenomenal. First take like this I've seen for a mechanic. Great job!

Developer (1 edit)

Thanks :) Glad you liked it. For the pace of the game, what exactly made you feel that the pace is slower?

(+1)

 My brain hurts ;-)

Developer

:O

Nice job! Super clean! It is a bit too slow paced for my taste though but I get that I am not the target audience. Well done anyway!

Developer

Glad you liked it :) I'm collecting feedback on the pace of the game. What made you feel that this game is not for you?

Submitted(+1)

Really cool idea, the amount of ways you thought up to use this concept is impressive!

Developer

Thank you :) Glad you liked it.

Really neat game! I loved the simplistic art style, it really tied it all together. The disc was a bit glitchy, it would get stuck on the wall even though it looked like I should be able to rotate it, but that's just a minor issue. Other than that, great work!

Developer

Noted the Disc issue. Glad you liked the game :)

Pretty satisfying once you wrap your head around the mechanic. A bit lengthy and frustating at times but overall pretty good. Great job!

Developer

If you are stuck in a particular level, you can skip it and play the next one! Glad you liked the game :)

Very cool! I loved how such a simple mechanic can generate so many interesting puzzles! really good job on puzzle design. The art is simple, but it fits the theme of your game really well. Awesome job!

A very nice game, you were able to do a lot with such a straight forward mechanic. Props on the graphics that fit the theme perfectly.
